House is beautiful! Not too far from downtown and had plenty of rooms for everybody. Kitchen was really nice as well. The patio was nice in the evening. Will definitely stay here again!
Great home located far enough away from the french quarter to have some peace, but close enough to get there quickly. House is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. I would definitely recommend this place
The home is Beautiful Very Southern! My family and I felt really comfortable! Amennties were accesible ans plentiful. We wish we would have booked longer stay. The Host is amazing! and the Property Manger was very informative. We will def try and book this same house our next visit.
The house is beautiful, with all the charm you would expect from a vintage home. The kitchen has everything including condiments and coffee. Clean sponges, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner were all provided. Communication was great.
The property was beautiful and much larger the it looks in the pictures. The check in was fast and easy and the overall stay was pleasant and comfortable.
We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay and it’s all thanks to the incredible owner and manager team of Joseph and Byron! They provided everything we needed for a safe and comfortable trip inside a gorgeous piece of history. Their hospitality and flexibility allowed us to enjoy our time in New Orleans to its fullest! The neighborhood feels comfortable and calm and the drive to the French Quarter is hardly an issue; not to mention a decent amount of shops to explore nearby! We are so happy to have found this gem!
Literally the nicest host I have ever come across when staying somewhere. The place is absolutely beautiful and close to everything. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful house that we enjoyed immensely. Neighborhood felt safe. House was clean and well appointed. Manager was nice and accommodating. No issues with the property or the stay, would stay again!
From first opening the door we were in awe of the property. A piece of history with modern amenities. The location was perfect and the property manager was excellent. Thanks Byron! Book your stay today.
If you want a true New Orleans experience, include this well appointed airbnb in your plans. Lovely, clean historic home and a short drive to the quarter. Large enough for two families. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review. I hope to welcome you again soon.
Highly recommend. Freshly painted, very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Having a washer and dryer also came in handy. Really enjoyed the large covered porch to sit and relax on after we went sightseeing close by all day! (less than 10 min away)
Will be back!
Everything was nice. Kevin texted me that morning checking my ETA and checked on me all day until I arrived at the house he then gave us a tour of the house. That Saturday we had a problem he came rite on and repaired it. We loved the house and the host..
The host was very prompt in responding to questions and providing information. The property manager lived right next door and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with great information about the neighborhood and New Orleans in general. Our group was made up of 5 women aged 70-83 and having 4 bedrooms was a real treat. We felt very comfortable and safe at this location. It was a quiet residential area and we found a couple of great places to eat within walking distance. The Kitchen Table offered a great menu and a good jazz combo group. The Arabi restaurant was a 2 block walk for breakfast and The Whiskey Bayou had a lovely back patio to enjoy a light bite and a glass of wine. We also took advantage of the bus system one day; about a 1 mile walk This group has been traveling together and staying at VRBOs for over twenty years and we would rate this property in the top three of places we have stayed. It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown New Orleans so the location was great as well
The house was amazing. It was wonderful to stay in a home that has been standing in New Orleans from the beginning. The home has lots of history. Can’t tell ya about it and ruin the surprise. The location is perfect. Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy drive or uber to anywhere. Kevin meets you at the property for a quick tour and history lesson which is awesome. Then he is just a phone call away for any questions and is willing to help with anything during your stay. We had a member of our party that ended up not feeling well during the trip. Kevin even kept a check up on her and offered to drop off Gatorade’s or anything else that was needed at the door. Absolute southern hospitality. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Kevin.
Beautiful historic home.. 4 bedrooms.. was very hard to find.. Nice residential neighborhood with occasional visits from feline friends..,I fed them on the porch everyday and enjoyed relaxing on the porch with a book… “The Kitchen Table “ was a great find for a nearby restaurant. I felt at home here.
