Situated at an ideal spot on the resort's property, this newly renovated premier villa with free 100mb Wifi offers some of the most breath-taking views of the Caribbean. The balcony breezes make dining outside a must and with seating for four on the large balcony, it becomes the perfect place for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. The balcony also offers two lounge chairs for relaxing. The villa has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings making the flowing space feel open. The living area has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a flat screen television, DVD player, CD player & two large chairs for additional comfort. The indoor dining area has seating for four off the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner glass stove top, a full refrigerator, a toaster, coffee pot & a blender for homemade frozen concoctions. The king size bedroom features an air conditioning unit to adjust to preferred comfort level as well as a ceiling fan. The full bathroom has a spacious shower and a magnified vanity mirror. Parking is conveniently located just steps away from this private villa.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.

To safeguard your trip, consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
