What a great property. 2 sets of parents stayed for Parent's Weekend at App State. It was so conveniently located to everything, yet private and quiet. Michael was easy to communicate with. The house was well appointed and comfortable.

This is an amazing property so close to the Appalachian State campus. The communication with the host was top-notch and he was very helpful on a number of questions we had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Boone or the surrounding area

A wonderful mountain stay! Cabin was well stocked and maintained. Michael was very responsive to texts emails etc.. We especially enjoyed watching the family of deer come in the morning and evening! I highly recommend it!

Mixed feelings about this mountain cabin! On the plus side: spacious, cozy, and outdoor porch in the trees that was so gorgeous, an electric fireplace that warmed the place, big kitchen that was well equipped and the owner was very communicative and accommodating.The negatives: one bedroom has no windows and shares a (thin) wall with the adjacent unit, so we heard banging (and singing) early in the morning from the other guests; the master shower was slimy and the window there was very cobwebby; the master bed had a plastic sheet under the bedding; the hot tub isn’t really accessible from this unit; steep narrow road to access.Overall we had a great time staying here despite some quirks. We had family meals and could use the laundry facilities, and everything was well stocked. And the owner accommodated our early arrival and amended the heat/a/c as we needed.

Beautiful, peaceful mountain house. The covered deck with the fireplace was amazing! This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Boone. Clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Everything you need! Communication with the host Michael was great.

Love this place! It was so close to App State and downtown Boone making it perfect to visit our child for parents weekend. My favorite part was enjoying my Starbucks in front of the fire outside on the patio!!! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful visit to Boone

We had the best stay, this cabin is beautiful and so comfortable! There is a wonderful coziness and warmth to this cabin that feels like home. We will definitely be back!
