Everything was perfect! We had a great time at Eagle's Nest. The open living area was large enough for our whole group (6 people) to sit comfortably. Plenty of space for more people. The view was amazing! We also enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fireplace. The host was very nice and the check-in/out was so easy. Don't pass this up. If you need a place near Boone, this is it.

The communication and check in was excellent! The property was clean and stocked with necessities (laundry, kitchen and bathrooms). We especially enjoyed the fireplace for cozy evenings and the living area accommodated our party of 6 and family that joined us for game night. Be aware of the steep driveway as described in the listing!

Love this place! It was so close to App State and downtown Boone making it perfect to visit our child for parents weekend. My favorite part was enjoying my Starbucks in front of the fire outside on the patio!!! Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay! Eagle's Nest Retreat is in a super location, so easy to get to the places we were visiting. The interior was neat and clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs. However, we did have a little difficulty using the can opener. An electric opener would have been handy! The hightlight of the cabin is the porch with the fireplace! So cozy and comfortable, such a fun spot to end our day! Hope to visit again!

Absolutely awesome retreat. Boone welcomed us to the area with a wonderful blanket of snow upon arrival. Gas fireplaces offered a memorable mountain stay and the beautiful cabin gave us peace of mind to settle in and get plenty of rest. Amenities were spectacular, the house was perfectly clean and well furnished and the atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The host welcomed us upon arrival and responded very promptly when we had to abruptly leave early the eve of our last night. We could not have asked for a better place or easier access. We felt as if we were deep in the mountains while being only a very short drive to hwy 105. Pleased? Absolutely.
