The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom, but make sure to register your guests before midnight).
Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Facilities include private parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 additional separate storage rooms, private beach. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone for any issue.

All you need is included (kitchen and bathroom appliances, linen, towels, internet etc.) - just bring your luggage and enjoy the beach and the numerous tourist attractions in Sosua, Cabarete and Puerto Plata!
