This is a very nice house in a subdivision with privacy in the yard. Everything worked fine, and it is convenient to every location in Grants Pass.

Great Place to stay

Stayed during a driving tour of the PNW, great jumping off place for Redwoods and Crater Lake. Wonderfully stocked, hosts thought of everything.

This was another property we would definitely go back to. The house was clean and had everything we would need that made it a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and went swimming every day we were there. Thank you Ian for being a great host and making this a memorable trip for my family.

The property was clean and beautiful however the biggest reasons my wife and kids and I picked to stay at a VRBO instead of with family while visiting our home town was to have a fun little getaway with a heated pool and hot tub. That's where really all my issues started. The pool was not heated and the hot tub I screen had previously broke from prior guests which caused the hot tub to not warm properly and ended up being a luke warm bath level temperature. Also reading through the rules there was a lot of things that would warrant a "extra cleaning fee" which was like ok ... However I felt like then it's equally important for the stuff we are paying for to actually be working.. So I was less then pleased that the biggest 2 selling points on this property weren't working properly. I was in constant contact with who I thought was the owner but found out was property manager who was helpful and responsive however when dealing with these issues and what to do about didn't get what paid for has taken weeks and still waiting due to owner not being reachable most the time. The property owner dealt with was great. For anyone planning to stay here in the future I would just double confirm ahead of time that the items you deem important are actually operational for your stay. The cleaning service they use did a great job when we checked in.

The property was clean with plenty of room to host guests in the evening. The views of the mountains and trees were amazing from the top patio, and it's close to the downtown area for entertainment and nightlife. This is definitely a property that I would definitely come back to when in the Grants Pass area. Ian was a great host and communicated with us to ensure we were comfortable. Five Stars For Sure!!!!

Great atmosphere!

The Hawthorne house was great! 4 of us stayed there and there was plenty of room for more people. The pool was a bonus that we definitely needed due to the hot weather. I would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

I do again and again

We got to enjoy Grants Pass to celebrate my nieces wedding. The home was amazing, location, ideal, and the backyard was serene and perfect. The house was clean and having the communal pantry was a nice touch, along with all the extras and above.

Perfectly Relaxing

We were looking for a place where we could do nothing but relax and this place delivered. We sat by the pool, ordered DoorDash, read books and enjoyed time with our friends. The hosts have thought of everything to make you comfortable and feel at home. The home is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the hosts instructions are clear (i appreciate that). We would definitely love to make this an annual trip!

Relax

Clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed every moment. We all loved the comfortable beds and sleeping in, leaving behind the structure of normal everyday life. My favorite part was the sunshine and the pool. And I always must make a Saturday visit to the growers market when I am in town.

My friends & I had a wonderful time! The host was easy to work with & eager to please! My only complaint would be not enough paper products & garbage bags. (Ian was happy to send his cleaning crew over to help with this problem) so all in all no complaints from us!
