We came down to Florida for our son’s baseball tournament. The location was perfect, short drive to Ft. Myers, Cape Coral and plenty of bars and restaurants! The pool was awesome! Thank you!

Relaxing getaway!

House and location were exactly what we were looking for to have a great little vacation. House was accurate to its pictures and descriptions. Very clean. Management was extremely helpful and prompt with any questions we had. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location near the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Great pool that the kids loved and nicely heated. On a canal so took our boat out to Sanibell island. Great stay for everyone.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is situated in an older neighborhood, but it was immaculate. I was misled by the picture of the boat on VRBO, which I found later is not for use. The house lacks some amenities - poor lighting in the living and breakfast area, nothing to hold onto or bath mats in the showers (we are an older couple), only one viable beach chair...The pool lacks steps (but does have 2 ladders). The house is in a convenient location to shopping, restaurants. Property managers were excellent and very responsive.

Home is very handy to Publix, and various other Restaurants such as the Boat house Restaurant (a nice bike ride to this place). Rib City Restaurant very short distance away, fantastic ribs, we went there 4 times during our stay. Pool was always warm. Home is in a very quiet neighborhood, with absolutely no noise at all. We all got good sleep here. Grill by the pool was nice also, as we cooked out a few nights. Valerie with IRentFloridaHomes is wonderful to deal with, she is super friendly, and I would recommend IRentFloridaHomes to anyone looking for a rental in Florida. This is 2nd time we rented from Valerie, and always excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you Valerie!

The rooms are spacefull and we appreciated the heated pool very much.The neighbourhod is calm, safe and we are close to restaurants and grocery shops.We just regreted it was not possible anymore to rent the motorboat.

All of the pictures accurately depicted the property and amenities. Valerie, was honest and very helpful throughout the booking process. Our kids loved the pool and the layout of the house worked perfectly four our family. Also, the pool heater is a MUST! We would not have been able to enjoy the Florida 60 degree weather without it! We are already considering a return trip to this property next year!

Only little negative was that the pool was dirty when we came but that was fixed the second day. Great location. Great pool with good size. Nice boat that fits perfect for a family of four. Also great to be able to use the bikes in the house.
