Almost a two-in-one rental with bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Small circular stair inside so luggage goes in from an outside stair. All other amenities were as described. This was a great place to base out of for 6 weeks. It was well positioned for getting around St. Pete and the peninsula. It quite street with easy access to major roadways.
Perfect quiet place. This little bungalow is so charming. It was the perfect place to stay.

Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the charm and tranquility of our bungalow. It was a pleasure having you, and we're thrilled to know it was the perfect place for your stay.
We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the pool and there were plenty of seats for the outdoors. I would recommend any future guests to bring bug spray- lots of mosquitoes. The owner was very responsive to any messages we had.

We hope to welcome you back soon!
We usually stay in the Old Northeast section of St. Pete and were initially disappointed to not find a property there. This place exceeded all expectations! The bedrooms are large and there are several common areas inside and outside. The property offered plenty of privacy. The owners are exceptionally responsive to questions. We would highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed at this property for over a week, and it was truly a serene place. The yard is fenced in and feels like a sanctuary with the calming waterfall into the pool and the shade of trees over the patio making for a comfortable repose at all hours.
My kids enjoyed the home and the pool, and there was ample space for everyone to have privacy when they wanted and get together for board games and watching movies together.
The location is excellent as it is a short drive to many local restaurants and either the bay side or the Gulf side of town. The house was clean and comfortable. All of the beds were comfortable. Amenities were easy to use.
If you have a family like ours where everyone needs their own space to relax, then this is an excellent choice. The property manager/owner was pleasant and helpful. I would gladly stay here again the next time we are in town.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled your family enjoyed the serene atmosphere, the pool, and the spacious layout. It’s great to hear the location and amenities met your needs. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!
This property is HIGHLY misrepresented and needs an immediate inspection from the VRBO organization. Upon arrival the pool was disgusting and unkept, DEFINITELY unusable. The yard is not manicured or usable. The electical DEFINITELY does not meet code. I did contact the host who stated the pool would be cleaned the next morning which resulted in the top only being skimmed. Exterior of the home was in need of repair for safety. The kitchen floor had full tiles cracked and broken. The kitchen cabinet was missing a door. Many other windows were duct taped and the neighborhood is VERY sketchy. The police were next door several times. Unfortunately communication with host immediately ceased when emails of concerns were sent. I was refunded $300 as a gesture of accepting responsibility for the condition of rental. When requested more no reponse from host. NUMEROUS pictures to verify POOR condition of rental.

Hi Sue, our goal is to provide each guest a positive experience in hopes that they return many years to come and share that experience with others. While the natural surroundings of oak trees, palm trees and beautiful large flowering plants creates a tranquil experience, during a few weeks of the year, nature deposits either pulp or falling leaves in our private yard. During your stay we tried to keep up with nature by having the yard and pool cleaned multiple times. As both our VRBO and Airbnb listing states, we respond to calls quickly as we did for you during your stay. It's unfortunate that even after refunding you more than a full days stay, that you were still displeased. We truly tried our best to give you a great experience.
