Private, Santa Cruz Escape! With Pool Sleeps 12!

Welcome to our “Modern Oasis” with your own private pool that is Centrally located in Tempe, Arizona! Our private home is located 10 minutes from the airport and right next to Arizona State University. There is top-tier restaurants and shopping nearby!

Inside our 5-bedroom (6 bed) home, you will find plenty of room to sleep and hangout with family/friends. With amenities like our brand-new pool table and outdoor pool, you will always have something fun to do!

Our fenced in pool offers an amazing escape for ultimate relaxation. We have a patio couch, chair, and table for outdoor eating and chilling. The pavilion over the top of the patio furniture offers an amazing feature to sneak away from the sun!

Our Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials that you will need on your stay. Our kitchen table can comfortably seat 6 people for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

We have 6 queen beds throughout the home. 4 of the queen beds are in their own bedrooms, while 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds for extra sleeping! We have a washer/dryer that is available for use during your stay.

Please inquire about any special events, photos, or accommodations.

The pool does not heat, and the Garage is currently unavailable
Please do not set A/C bellow 70. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service fee.

When bringing pets that shed please be advised that any additional clean due to dog hair or damages will be charged separately.

Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check in.

The pool does not heat.

Not quite up to par

Its a good property in a good area, good for hosting events, but theres a water heater that is loud and wakes up guests. There is no street parking, which would be fine if the garage fit more than one car, however because its being used as storage by the host there was not enough space to fit more cars if youre planning to host an event. Also if youre going to have a pool table as the main advertisement and then not have pool cues that can be used to play(they were all broken at the tips) theres really no point. The host was very accommodating prior to check in, we had to swap properties because of an accessibility issue, but during the stay when we needed replacement cues or tips i got nothing but automated responses, 3 times. I also thought i might look around in the cabinets in case some extra tips were stashed away, instead i found a sex toy in the laundry room. Pretty gross. Thanks for the stay
