Welcome to your spacious three-story corner retreat, perfectly situated towards the quiet back of the complex. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ideal blend of privacy and convenience, making it a perfect basecamp for your North Lake Tahoe adventures.

The Layout

Main Level (Entrance): Walk into the serene primary suite, featuring a comfortable Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level: The heart of the home. Ascend to the sun-drenched living area, anchored by a magnificent floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. This level features an open-concept dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private deck—ideal for morning coffee or a group BBQ.

Lower Level: Perfect for kids or friends, the lower level houses two additional guest bedrooms, each fitted with two sets of Twin beds. A shared full bathroom and a convenient laundry area are also located on this floor.

For your convenience, this home includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples. Please also be aware that the deck and BBQ may be unavailable during the late fall, winter and early spring months due to snow.

Our experience was very disappointing. The cabin was dirty, had a bad smell, and was not well equipped. On top of that, we never received the check-in email, so communication was terrible. Because we never got the access code, we were forced to book a hotel for the first night with kids and my old parents. The place looks nothing like the photos advertised. Definitely not what we expected.

Too many stairs

Hard to find in the complex. Too many stairs both up to the unit and inside. Condition rundown. Very dark and cold inside. We,re two fit 80 year olds and very difficult to navigate with luggage.

Memorial weekend guests

It wws overall a very cute place. Only a couple issues, one being one of the downstair bedrooms blinds were broken so we had to rig it up to block the light from the very long window. Another issue was there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the entire house and no trash bags to replace the ones when we dumped them. So I had to have my husband go purchase some in order for us to have anything during our 3 night stay. I would rent it again though, overall it was a nice experience and much more reasonable vs a hotel

This is a good vacation home clean and comfortable. I would ssay that if you have any issues with walking or steps this is not the house for you. The house is located on side of a hill, steps into the condo then steep steps leading onto the main leaving area, we thought the main bedroom and main leaving area where on one. I would also say the outside steps and deck should be replaced, many steps were loose and boards with screws sticking up. But overall this is a nice home. we even had a bear baw on my car one morning :)

Nice family lodging close to lake and other attractions

Good time with comfortable kitchen/living room area. Kitchen nicely supplied. Needs an updated single cup coffee maker. Hard to locate unit since numbering isn’t completely sequential. Downstairs shower door track needs cleaning on the inside when door is closed. Upstairs toilet seat broke on first sit down. Shower head leaks. Hot water is scalding hot. Loud bathroom fans and squeaky floors make nighttime bathroom trips noisy enough to wake others. We host international guests so always appreciate their comments.
