Pickleball Paradise is an updated, professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 2-bath townhome located in a quiet beach neighborhood just 5 blocks from the beach. The backyard oasis features a pickleball court, putting green with a sand trap feature, large heated pool, fire pit, and separate covered seating area. This townhouse is single-level with an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining room.

This PET-FRIENDLY beach house has smart TVs, WIFI, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, including a blender, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and a toaster; you only need food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the air mattress. Bath and beach towels are also provided, as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket, and cooler. The garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house! Queen air mattress located in the main bedroom closet.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
