If you love Rafting, Kayaking, Hiking, Bike Riding and some peace and quiet this is the place for you as its only about 2 miles or 5 minutes from the Cunard River access of the New River in the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. HollerRidge has beautiful mountain views that can be seen from the deck. Deer frequently come through the yard and it's 15 minutes away from either Fayetteville or Oak Hill. Helping build memories one at a time.

The home was a great place to stay near ACE Resort for a festival. It was clean and cozy, with a stocked coffee station and snacks. Around the house, we had everything we needed. The internet speed was fast and the smart TV had everything we wanted to watch. We woke up to find deer feeding in the backyard. It was very peaceful and serene.We enjoyed playing cards at the table on the back deck. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfy in the living room and a large dining table for meals.

Place is far from town, at least a 15 minute drive, but it charms the place with how remote it is. For being in the middle of nowhere, the internet is great too. Everything we needed (except for groceries of course) was there as well, and we had no problem using the cooking supplies provided.

All of the previous 5-star reviews were spot. The Holler Ridge cabin is so perfect. It's roomy, comfy, clean, quiet and equipped with the essentials for a longer stay. I loved coming back from a day of hiking to relax and unwind on the covered porch on the bench swing with a great serene view. And then we'd come inside onto the comfy couch to watch tv for the night. One thing to note is that the tv gets local stations unlike other rentals with smart tv's that just have streaming apps to log into. So they must have an anyenna that picks up local channels which was nice. Also, easy check-in and check-out. And most of all...great owners. Robert and Vickie are wonderful offering tips and suggestion as well as very responsive.

1452 HollerRidge is splendid with a very centralized location and an excellent coffee bar. The bedrooms were well stocked as were the bathrooms and kitchen area. The small ice maker was a definite plus. The temperature outside was very warm but when we arrived it was very cool and comfortable inside. Overall an outstanding 4 day experience.

This house is located on a peaceful property. It’s adorably decorated & has a sweet coffee bar, stocked with k cups & if you prefer the old fashioned pot, they have that too with liners and a few individual bags of ground coffee. They also have a snack bar! Their washer and dryer plays a cute little song when they are done washing or drying your clothes! That made doing laundry fun!!

This rental was so great that the guest asked to stay another night. After telling him NO it wasn’t available that I needed him to leave 3 times by message and an unanswered call so it could be cleaned for the next guest. After 2.5 hours after checkout the authorities was called .

It was well equipped. Full kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Also had several different flavors of coffee and had tea also. They had some bottled water in the refridgerator and some snacks and candy for visitors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are fast to communicate.

White Water Rafting

This was a great place to stay for our White Water Rafting trip with Ace Adventure Resort. Very cool, windy drive to the house and only 15 min from the town. Pretty scenery from the deck and the house was just great for my family of 6.
