Great place to stay, comfortable beds and convienently close to downtown. The house is very cute and clean! The neighborhood is safe, located near a school. Driveway with parking for a couple cars was nice too.

Dan was very easy to work with and even checked in with us during our stay. The property was conveniently located near the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. It is often difficult to find a decent property that allows pets so look no further- this place is very accommodating and comfortable therefore I would book this property again in the future.

Kitchen was stocked adequately, the bedrooms were well decorated and beds were very comfortable! Property owners were quick to reply to a few minor concerns and did their best to resolve. Would certainly consider staying again!

Nice spacious living areas and modern decor made this house great to stay in! Communication with the owners made everything super simple and hassle free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect house for our family get together. The beds were comfy and we had a lot of space. Dan was very quick to respond to questions we had. We would stay here again if we need a place in Des Moines.

This home was fantastic, plenty of shared space for socializing as well as good sized bedrooms! The kitchen is well stocked, they even provided the coffee! The location was great, everything we needed or wanted within a few miles. Dan was very responsive whenever I reached out to him. I recommend!

Good stay

This was our second time staying at this house. Nice and close to sport events at HyVee hall. Same price as a hotel, but the kids all have their own room and lots of space to hang out!

Didn't like the bathroom on 1st floor, too far away from the bedrooms (a lot of stairs) no good for handicapped! No rail for the front steps. Lighting in living room and kitchen was too bright (need dimmer switches) Felt more like an open house, rather than a homey vibe) Great news.. Located in "little Italy". Close to everything! Location, location, location!

Perfect for a short stay.

This house is a very cute and clean house. The beds are comfortable and all amenities are what was promised. This was perfect for traveling with my family that ranges from teens and an infant. The host stayed in contact consistently. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed. Traveled out of state to compete in a Muay Thai tournament at the Convention Center. Only a 10 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location near downtown

Great location and price for 3 BR downtown area. Straight forward check in and check out. Comfortable beds. Poorer neighborhood (but poor doesn't mean dangerous). House remodeled. As pictured - small house but what we needed. (Note the oven is a small apartment oven not full size). Would definitely stay again.

Came in to town for a tour of Drake University.We chose this place to stay because it was close and had 3 bedrooms and off street parking.We parked the car in the long driveway right up by the door so we could unload easy.Everyone had their own room and bed and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.Most homes on the street have recently been extensively renovated and are occupied by families. The hosts sent a message with access codes and info.Whole experience was easy and great.Thank you
