This property had a well-stocked kitchen, lovely high ceilings, and a front porch swing where you can have a coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening with an amazing view of Pike's Peak! The U.S. olympic theming was a fun touch, and my family played foosball every night. Thank you for a great stay!
We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable in the house.

Spring break with the family
Great property that is central to most everything. We really loved all the little extras to make the property more home like. We would definitely stay here again.
We rented this house for our final parents weekend at the Air Force academy. The location was perfect! We had a jammed packed weekend and a great place to sleep at night. Thank you!
Nice older house on the edge of Colorado Springs. Walking distance to everything downtown. Everyone enjoyed the sports themed rooms. Host was quick to respond and provided all information needed for a great stay. Thank you!
Wonderful little house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown area and all nearby attractions. Older house with some quirks, but very charming. The home has plenty of room inside and a nice outdoor area out back. We also spent time on the front porch swing. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full sized fridge was a great plus during our weeklong stay. Would highly recommend.

Great place
This place is very clean and in a great central location. We had a great stay in Colorado Springs. The only drawbacks were lack of large cooking pans and no wifi. We had the house filled to capacity (10) and it was impossible to make a meal for 10 with the pans provided without using several pans for one dish!

Thank you for your 5 star review - we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back on a future visit. We are always eager to make sure our guests have a great visit to the Pikes Peak Region and include our local contact information at the house should you experience any issues. After your departure, we noticed that the wifi router needed to be reset and the house now has the desired high-speed web access for any future visit.
My wife, daughter (18) and son (20) at USAFA, had a wonderful visit. Communication was amazing upon checkin and throughout. The location was perfect for an active family, close to many areas to hike, while also being so close to the city for great restaurants. The house was very cozy, beds super comfortable, and plenty of room for the 4 of us to hang out. The observatory was great too for morning coffee and for night time relaxing w a drink. We had a great start and would definitely recommend.
This house was perfect for our two families. It provided entertainment for the kids and adults. A cute little park is within walking distance of the house which is nice when the adults want some downtime but the kids are still full of energy. From towels to dishes, everything was well stocked and clean upon arrival. The host was extremely thorough and communicative. Overall the entire experience was pleasant and easy.
We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Mary Kay was very accommodating when we needed to drop our bags prior to check in and easy to communicate with throughout. The home is in a great location — close to the Air Force Academy where we were visiting our cadet. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have all the basics needs when coming from afar. We did not utilize the outdoor area, but did take a peek out of the Eagle’s Nest! Our visit coincided with the Labor Day Balloon Lift in Colorado Springs, so we were able to walk to Memorial Park which was fun. We LOVED all the books, games and sports motif throughout. Hope to return!

Great Value!!!!
We stayed for a week to make cupcakes for a local wedding. The kitchen was perfect---very spacious and well equipped. Many extras included in the cost---very cozy!!!! The most important thing was this place was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Great rates and far exceeds a hotel stay with so much more offered!!! Highly recommended!!
The property was great, comfortable and with all amenities needed. Coffee and supplies were good. We used the 4 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and half bath. Upstairs coupula was fun during a rain storm. We did a lot of hiking while we were in town. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent, again!
This is our second stay with Relaxitaxi and, just like the first stay (different property), we were very pleased with everything. The house was in very good condition, clean, well furnished, well stocked, and had many amenities and extras. Communication with the management team was very good, as always. The location is very convenient. We will have many occasions to stay in Colorado Springs in our future and Relaxitaxi will be our first choice for all of them. 100% recommended.

Good Location
Nice home. Beds were a bit hard. Bedding minimal, pillows, blankets, etc.. could stand improvement. Steep stairway in home. We had an issue with spiders in home. Lay out of house was good but could stand a few improvements.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. I was expecting nice but the house in general and location exceeded already high expectations. The house was within easy walking distance to Colorado College and downtown. Everything was neat, clean, and new. Instructions were laid out in informative and useful manner. To anyone looking at pics on this website, the pics seem to understate the house.... substantially. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend. Also owners very responsive to questions and very helpful. Smokes staying at hotel

Perfect Location
The home is perfectly located in Colorado Springs mid-town for touring all surrounding areas. The downstairs areas are roomy and adequately amenitied, and the exterior space and Eagles Nest rooftop patio are good for hanging out in nice weather. Unfortunately, the beds are very firm and uncomfortable, the showers are only practical for very petite individuals, and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. The cleaning fee is also exorbitant considering that the house was not deep cleaned prior to our stay and renters are expected to take out trash and wash dishes....and advised of additional cleaning fees if house is found to be too dirty after renter departure. It is a quaint home, but was not the right fit for my family.

Thank you for staying in our home, we are pleased to hear that your family enjoyed the house and had plenty of space to enjoy both indoor and outdoor space on the Thanksgiving holiday. The Eagles Nest is a real highlight to the home and is a special place to create family memories! While we recognize that other features mentioned (such as bed firmness) are personal preferences, we do ask that there be a general level of respect for our home. This is particularly important during the cleaning process, since there is limited time between guests and thus allows our cleaning team to ensure the house has a deep clean prior to the next guests arrival so that each reservation has a pleasurable time visiting the Pikes Peak Region.

Amazing!
Thank you very much for sharing your lovely home and providing us with a home away from home! The home was what was expected from your information given. We are first time vacationers to Colorado from Texas so I was worried I with the weather. Your home kept us very warm. My kids enjoyed the comfort of your entertainment rooms. The climate here made it difficult to breathe so I recommend anyone keep an open mind to this. We loved visiting Pikes peak, Garden of Gods, Mueller Park, and the trip to Breckenridge, and Keystone! We will definitely be back! My husband and myself agree to look you up and request your home anytime we come here! Thank you very much!

Thank you for your kind review. It was a pleasure to host your family and I am happy hear that you all enjoyed your time in Colorado Springs. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
This is such a great home! My family adored the Olympic theme and we had some epic foosball tournaments. It’s in a great location within walking distance of some nice parks and wonderful restaurants. The home was very clean and has plenty of space, with the Eagle’s Nest being one of the coolest features of any home I’ve stayed in. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and responsive. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked and the adjoining dining area has a huge table perfect for evening board games. When we come back to Colorado Springs we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
Wonderful location for all things CSprings. Beautiful spacious home.
Seamless! Check in and out was effortless and the home was perfect for our group. It was central to all the sights Family wanted to see as well as perfect for relaxing. There are some things you have to get accustomed to like making sure water doesn’t leave the tub or the shower door that opens, but overall it was a great place.
