Welcome to Sport Haus — a bright, spacious downtown retreat designed for comfort, connection, and fun. Just steps from Shooks Run Trail and minutes from restaurants, shops, and major attractions, this modern 3-bedroom home combines Colorado character with family-friendly amenities and room to unwind. Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work, and thoughtful touches throughout make it the perfect base for families, couples, and small groups alike.

The inviting main living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen sleeper, a large Smart TV, and a wall of Olympic-inspired artwork celebrating global competition and camaraderie. Games, books, and cozy lighting set the stage for relaxed evenings or movie nights after exploring the city.

Just off the living room, the game room offers a full-size foosball table, bar-top seating, and shelves stocked with classic board games, books, and a Bluetooth speaker for background music. It’s the perfect hangout zone for friendly tournaments and family downtime.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop, oak cabinets, and plenty of prep space. A coffee and tea station includes a drip coffeemaker, filters, and a starter supply of coffee, sugar, and creamer. Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy quick breakfasts at the breakfast bar — both ideal for work, conversation, or planning your next adventure.

Upstairs you’ll find three stylish bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds, each featuring high-quality linens, plush mattresses, and contemporary decor. Two full bathrooms serve the upper level — one with a rain shower, the other with a cast-iron soaking tub — plus a half bath on the main floor. The main-level den offers two twin fold-out beds for extra flexibility and another Smart TV for kids or guests.

The private backyard is made for gathering, complete with a propane firepit surrounded by comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with BBQ grill. Enjoy alfresco dinners, evening s’mores, or morning coffee in the crisp Colorado air.

Families will find everything needed for a comfortable stay: Pack ’n Play with linens, high chair, children’s dinnerware, step stool, books, and games. A baby gate is provided for added safety.

A full-size washer and dryer with detergent, fabric softener, and stain remover are provided on the main level, making it easy to freshen up after hiking or exploring the trails.

The home includes a first-aid kit, flashlights, and extra linens for guest use. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout for your safety.

Walk to Shooks Run Trail, local cafes, and downtown restaurants, or take a short drive to the US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Pikes Peak Highway. It’s an ideal home base for exploring all that Olympic City USA has to offer!

✶ Guest Access ✶
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the game room, and the upper-level Eagle’s Nest relaxation space. The outdoor patio, firepit area, and grill are also fully available for guest use. A few clearly marked areas are reserved for storage and maintenance and are not accessible to guests. These include small locked supply cabinets and closets used by cleaning and operations staff.

✶ Respect for the Neighborhood ✶
Sport Haus is located in a peaceful downtown neighborhood with long-time residents nearby. Quiet hours are 7 PM – 7 AM. Please keep outdoor voices and music low, especially on the patio and near open windows or doors.

✶ Noise Monitoring ✶
To help maintain a calm environment, the home is equipped with privacy-safe noise sensors that measure decibel levels only (no audio recording). These ensure the home is used for residential stays, not events or parties.

✶ No Parties or Events ✶
The home is for guest use only and not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants.

✶ Smoking ✶
Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor dining area to the left of the back door, using the provided ashtray. Smoking is not permitted in the Eagle’s Nest or sunroom terrace for fire safety. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking or marijuana use.

✶ Firepit & Grill ✶
The home features a propane grill and outdoor firepit for guest use. Always check local fire restrictions before lighting either. Use only as designed—do not add wood, charcoal, or lighter fluid—and ensure flames and propane are fully off before leaving the area.

✶ Pets ✶
We’re happy to host qualifying pets—please message us in advance to review our pet policy and ensure your pet qualifies. A flat $89 pet fee applies. The yard is fenced for convenience but may not be escape-proof for smaller animals. Please bag and dispose of pet waste in outdoor bins to avoid an additional cleaning charge.

✶ Wildlife & Trash ✶
Even downtown, Colorado wildlife can make appearances. Keep doors closed when not in use, and do not leave food or trash outside. Please use the provided outdoor bins for all waste.

✶ Fire Safety ✶
Check local fire restrictions before use of the firepit or grill, and always supervise open flames. Ensure all fires are fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to bed.

✶ Rental Agreement ✶
Upon reservation confirmation, guests will need to complete a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions for use of our property. This mirrors the same terms listed on VRBO, but a signed copy is required as a condition of our city permit. You can review a copy of the full agreement under House Rules.
