I was very pleased with the property, it's condition and proximity to Hot Springs. I didn't use the hot tub because I visited the springs. I did call the host about the hvac thermostat and was not called back. This is the only blemish on an overall very enjoyable stay.

This cottage was perfect for my family while we stayed in Hot Springs! Everything was easy to find, very clean, and very comfortable. There were books and movies and games in the home. My youngest especially loved the Monopoly game! It’s super close to the middle of town, and the walk to town is easy and really pretty! We would definitely look into renting again when we come back.

Melanie was a wonderful host & communicator. We will definitely return. It’s a lovely, comfortable, clean home, and the hot tub was such a perfect amenity. Easy walk to town, and easy to find.

The home was cute and spacious. We LOVED the hot tub, obviously. It was great for relaxing after a hike on the AT and other nearby trails. The proximity to town was also perfect. We enjoyed eating in town each night of our trip. The kitchen also had everything we needed for preparing breakfast and lunch.

Anniversary trip

The cottage was clean, had a nice kitchen for cooking, a pretty view, and an easy walk into town. We'll stay here again for future trips to Hot Springs.

Worth the trip

Our host was wonderful and the location ideal to the AT and we were pleased to have made the trip. Unfortunately, due to a sensitivity to mildew and all the rain in the area, we needed to cut our trip shorter than planned.

This cabin is in a great spot within walking distance to town. It is a little musty as mountain cabins often are but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Melanie went above and beyond to help us during our stay including assisting with parking before check-in and offering suggestions for rainy day activities. The location was perfect for an AT hike!
