Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14 in the condo.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This unit was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own bed, which is great. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent view of the beach and the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at another Pheonix here before but this one is by far better from the service and staff! Jill, the owner of our condo was prompt in responding when one of our toilet handles broke and there was a maintenance associate there to fix it within 2 hours. The kids loved the slide and lazy river! Will definitely stay again.

We love this building and have stayed in different units in past! This was a great 4 bedroom unit and super convenient! We did have to wash our sheets on a few beds due to them being dirty and sandy which was a huge inconvenience! They definitely were not cleaned properly before we arrived. But other than that the unit was great!

Perfect weather

This was a great stay because the weather was really nice and the location is good. The amenities all seem to be in good shape and we even were able to use the outdoor pool one day in February. The condo unit is nice but not as nicely furnished as others we have stayed in. Need more comfortable seating in the living area. Kitchen items such as silverware seemed to be on the low side. Overall it was a good stay though.

Amazing

Wow. This listing is even better in person than in the pictures. The unit as well as the entire building is very clean and very well maintained. The indoor pool is very large and heated. The hot tub is also indoor. Access to the beach is easy, and just a short walk down the boardwalk. The beach is also well maintained and very clean, free of trash and debris. Soft white sand. Volleyball nets. And chair/umbrella rentals if needed. Working with the rental company, Phoenix, is extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. We loved our experience at this property and will definitely be coming back!
