This lovely remodeled ranch with finished basement has plenty of room for your whole group to enjoy spending time together. Bright open-concept living and dining room with wood floors on the main level, completely new kitchen with all-new appliances, and all-new baths. It boasts 5 bedrooms (2 with king beds, 2 with queen beds, and one with a twin-over-full bunk bed) with blackout curtains. We also provide a queen-sized air mattress for 2 additional guests, up to 12 total. Huge lower level family room with TV area, bar and game table for relaxing evenings at home. Great back yard spaces for dining al fresco or warming up around the fire pit.

Family getaway

Probably the best stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. Furniture was super comfortable, the place was spacious and we had a lot of fun hanging out there!

First of all, we LOVE Colorado Springs! There are so many wonderful places and sights to explore from downtown shops and restaurants (8 minutes away) to the parks, reservoirs and hiking trails (7-9 minutes), to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and majestic Pikes Peak (30-60 minutes), and this home in a quiet neighborhood in Central Springs is in close proximity to all of them. We hope you find it a great place to venture out from, but also to come back to and rest for the next day's explorations!
