Stayed in this home for 3 nights. Checkin was smooth and the home was in perfect condition. Loved the character and decor of the home. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
The hosts are great. Very communicative and responsive. The place is nice. Its simple. I liked that about the house. Good location to everything. The house is very clean. I was impressed with how clean it was. Overall it was a good experience.
The house was in a great location and welcomed our pet. The owner was very responsive and flexible. Best of all were the beds. A very comfortable sleep.
House was clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Having the park at the end of the street was an awesome surprise. The house was centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay I would stay there again.
Perfect place for a Spokane visit. Clean, quiet. Great communication with host. Walk to Manito Park - pretty much can’t get much closer. Vlean, spacious.
This is a great property with all the comforts of home. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly. There are several stores and restaurants within the area. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We needed a place near Sacred Heart and couldn't have asked for a better drive back and forth. Great neighborhood for evening strolls and a fabulous park around the corner.
We loved staying here! The location of the house was perfect, we took walks in Manito every day. The house is clean and well-appointed. It’s an older home, but almost all the homes right next to Manito are. We loved the charm and character of the home and how the owners had updated it. Plan to stay here again for our yearly Spokane trip!
We stayed at the Bungalow near Manito Park for college move in weekend. The location was great and the accommodations were comfortable. It was a nice stay and communications with the home owners were prompt and kind.
Great stay!! Place worked fine. Great tvs and couches. Super comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Fantastic neighborhood.. close to park.. dog loved it. Ryan the host was an absolute pleasure!!! We will come back!!!!
The house was very beautiful, my dream home! Every room was clean and comfortable. With all the updates in the house they kept a lot of the original character, so incredible. The area is also nice and walkable and the park is so wonderful. Just what our family needed to have a place of peace and calmness as we were sadly there for our mother's funeral. The host was amazing and made sure if there was anything we needed to ask. I would love to stay there again, especially on a different time in our life. We are very thankful we had this home to stay, just what we needed. Also, the kitchen had everything you need, we just didn't get the chance to enjoy it and cook. Would love to see all the trees in the back in bloom. The back deck looks so inviting as well! Probably out of all our VRBO homes we have stayed, which is a lot, this is one of our favorites.
House was very nice. The interior had been recently updated except the kitchen. But it had everything you needed. The beds were awesome. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the front yard had not been mowed in quite a while so it looked a little shabby.
We had a great stay in Spokane at the Bungalow near Manito. The property was ideal for our family of 6. We had plenty of room and the home was well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. The owner was very responsive to concerns and addressed a maintenance issue quickly and without any inconvenience to us. The home is in an ideal neighborhood, a short walk to Manito Park, Rockwood Bakery, and a quick drive to several grocery stores and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at this charming bungalow in Spokane for Gonzaga’s graduation weekend! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The layout was perfect for our family to gather and celebrate—plenty of room to spread out, yet cozy and welcoming. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during such a special weekend. Highly recommend!
One of the best things about this home is the location. Manito Park is within walking distance. There are multiple grocery stores 5 minutes away and downtown is 10 minutes.
The house looks to be recently furnished. The owners put in AC at the last minute when they saw the temperature was going to soar.
We spent a fair amount of time on the large deck. It was a nice place to stay.
The house is Conveniently located to downtown. Walking distance to Manito Park, restaurants & grocery stores.
Loved the area. House was comfortable & well stocked. Pricing is good for the square footage that is available.
Looks like the owners are currently doing improvements. The outdoor space needs some work but we did not need to utilize it due to the winter conditions.
