House was perfect for our family of 5 and two poodles. Located close to beach access. Oversee was very responsive and kind. We would stay here again.

I rented with Oversees during Hurricane Isaias. They communicated with me the entire time. Clean, fair, solid communication. I’ll start filtering rentals out to see if oversees has options for me before booking my next trip.

Beautiful house. And all the homes in the neighborhood are just as pretty. Location of home is in walking distance to stores, and coffee shops, bars, beach, etc. Host was attentive to all our needs and questions. Easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.
