Luxury Suite with picturesque mountain views and vivid sunsets. Because of the elevation, our area's average temperature, January through April is 74 degrees. The annual average temperature is 85 degrees. Completely renovated June 2014....4 luxurious living areas: kitchen, dining area, Great Room (Living Room with leather couch and two leather chairs, end tables and large coffee table, cable HDTV, Wi-Fi Internet & Dining Area) and Master Bedroom (2 Queen Beds). Sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in closet, walk-in closet, large dressing vanity, chest-of-draws, and private outdoor patio. Access to resort's swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Walking distance to restaurant and golf course. Comes with linens, towels, blankets, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, table and chairs, wide screen local

Perfection for us

We stayed the month of March 2022. Immediately we could tell that the owners take great pride in keeping up their property. Location for us was prime! Mountain views, golf course view, wildlife in the backyard, quiet & peaceful, hot tub just across the street. So spacious inside with high ceilings. Rooms quite large-double sinks in bathroom with skylight, walk-in closet, Keurig in kitchen, spices & hibachi for use, 2 tvs with cable. Very clean! Wonderful, very helpful property manager.

Wonderful accommodations in a very nice locale.

The 3-room suite was perfect. Very clean which my wife demands. There were four nice golf courses located from 3 minutes to 10 minutes from the suite. The Community Performance Arts Center was about 10 minutes away and we watched 8 wonderful shows. There was great hiking in Madera Canyon and many other trails located in the mountain ranges that surround Green Valley. The suite had nice Wifi and a good selection of channels on the two TV's.. In spite of Covid-19 closing down the town our last two weeks we were still able to enjoy the suite and go golfing. The owner and his property manager were excellent. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the Green Valley area.

We loved our stay! It’s always intimidating when we travel to a new place to find somewhere that we feel comfortable and safe with our family. This place DID NOT disappoint!! It was fabulous!! The property owners and manager were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. So thankful for the clean, safe and comfortable environment both inside and out! Quiet, Clean and Beautiful View

I stayed here with my two children while visiting family in Green Valley. The listing pictures do not do justice to this tastefully decorated, surprisingly spacious, and exceptionally clean and well stocked home. The furniture was comfortable, the air conditioning perfect, and the beds have thick memory foam toppers that are incredibly comfortable. Probably the most comfortable vacation rental bed I have ever slept in. The pool is directly across the quiet street. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. My father and his wife do not like having company at their Green Valley home and they were able to come visit for meals and socialize quite comfortably. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We felt right at home in this comfortably furnished, spacious three room suite. We had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer & big walk-in closet. The development was quiet with a small pool & hot tub. We took advantage of the $40/month Green Valley Rec Center membership, too. The property manager was always available to help us if needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay here. The resort itself is conveniently located to I19; shopping and restaurants are about 15-20 minutes away. The resort was very quiet while we there which we enjoyed and the grounds are very clean. The pool area is very small and the hot tub did not look very clean (had sand/dirt in the bottom). There are community gas grills located throughout the resort for guests to use. The area is well lit at light and felt very safe. The condo is roomy (rooms are bigger than they appear in photos) and comfortable. Very clean and very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils and basic cookware. Bathroom very well stocked with towels - the dual vanity sinks and large counter area was especially nice though the shower is nothing special. Washer/dryer in the closet was a nice extra; did a couple of loads of laundry and it worked with no issues. The patio has a nice, though not spectular view, but is quiet and comfortable - nice to enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon or evening drinks. The only reason I am not giving this condo a 5 star rating is the bedroom: would have preferred one king sized bed to two queens and I prefer my mattress to be much firmer than the mattresses here. Overall, a great place to stay at a reasonable price too!

Quiet, Comfortable

Comfortable condo located in a small, interesting complex - all other units are rented out hotel style. Very quiet place, not much commotion. Nice view of golf course and desert area from back patio. Pool and hot tub close by. Kitchen equipped with basic items. Decent furnishings, nicely decorated, beds are decent, and AC works well. All rooms are large, 2 HD TV's with cable. Good golf and food at San Ignacio club. Overall nice value for a short term stay.

Best of our 4 Green Valley rental experiences

This was the best of our 4 Green Valley rentals in 6 years (the other 3 were fine). It was our first long view location (above & across a big wash & the length of golf holes from the back patio plus a decent view of Mt. Hopkins & Mt. Wrightson behind the houses from the front). We've never stayed in such a large one bedroom (1000 sq. ft.) with good, quality space of every kind needed. The cul de sac little loop around the convenient pool & hot tub was quiet and uncluttered. The less dense south end of Green Valley felt well worth being 4 miles from all the town services. It's an excellent rental value. The owners were very responsive to our questions and custom request. The extra $70 dollars for tenant access to all the rec centers remains one of the standout features of renting in Green Valley. Beyond the town offerings, there's tons of outdoor and city (Tucson) things to choose from (we keep coming back for repeat & new experience).

The rental is very nice and quiet and in a quiet resort area. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool nearby is a great bonus . The owners are very good to contact and are very helpful . Highly recommended!

Great Stay

The property was just as advertised..spacious, nicely decorated, quiet, great view of the and golf course, close to the coyote grill, and close to Green Valley.... the property manager was very responsive. I would absolutely rent this 3 room suite again!
