Condominio excelente!

O condomínio é bonito, limpo, super seguro, excelente! A casa precisa de uma boa reforma, pois há vários problemas em termos hidráulica, pintura e até um pouco de reboco. Os quartos são bem pequenos, uma suíte é minúscula, e não há 3 camas de solteiro em um dos quartos conforme o anunciado. As fotos do anuncio são antigas dando a impressão de que a casa é mais ampla e mais bem conservada. Em contrapartida, Camila foi extremamente solícita e resolveu com rapidez todos os problemas possíveis de serem resolvidos. Ainda assim é um local que vale muito levar a familia pra descansar em segurança e curtir as praias próximas. Super recomendo!

Realmente o que estava no anúncio foi possível constatar que o imóvel estava em bom estado de conservação, proporcionando umas férias ótimas. Sendo que o Condomínio é tranquilo e bem conservado. Senti uma dificuldade com o fogão que estava entupido mais com uma agulha ficou tudo resolvido.

Nos éramos turistas frances e franco-brasileiros quem passaram 4 semanas na Bahia na casa de Camila. A casa contribuiu para fazer de nossos feriados um momento muito especial. Tranquilidade, segurança, perto das praias, de comercios, de restaurantes, de bares e de Itapoã, nem tão longe de Salvador. Recomendamos mesmo.

Se vc está planejando ir com a família ou amigos pra Salvador querendo um lugar confortável e conveniente pra visitar muito mais além do pelourinho...esse é o lugar. A casa é confortável e foi reformada recentemente, fica num condomínio residencial muito bem cuidado, tem pscina com um bar funcionando (cerveja gelada não vai faltar) e o bairro possui uma estrutura ótima com mercado, pizzaria, padaria etc. Recomendo super....pretendo voltar!

Condomínio excelente, muito seguro, ótimo pra quem quer descansar inclusive com os filhos por toda tranquilidade do local. O local da casa dentro do condomínio é perfeita! Não tem barulho. Tudo funciona dentro da casa, realmente fiquei satisfeito!

Fantastic place to rest and have fun, the condo is safe and very nice, so we spent part of our vacation and holidays in this house.

What makes this property unique

Our house is located near the pool and recreation area without being exposed to them directly. The place is very quiet and you can hear the singing of birds and the sound of the sea. However to leave the condo you can have all the extrutura restaurant, beach, bakery, bar, etc.
