• Custom decor and exceptional finishes (including amazing artwork) for complete comfort in a lovely setting
• Heatable pool and spa and large patio and TV, plus grassy lawn ideal for children and games. Amazing outdoor shower!
• Expansive screened porch with TV, plus amazing outdoor grilling/kitchen (Fireplace is decorative only)
• A second private porch with swing daybed- ideal for a nap or morning coffee
• A fully stocked, true cook’s kitchen (plus butler's pantry!) with multiple Sub-Zero refrigeration, a gourmet gas cooktop, 3 coffee makers (traditional drip, Keurig, and Nespresso Virtuo. Kcups and Nespresso pods coffee also supplied),
• Total of 6 Bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and 6 full and 2 half baths: Main level bedroom primary bedroom suite; upper level includes 2 king bedrooms with 2 queens each. CAMERAS/SECURITY: Doorbell camera only. No interior cameras.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $600.00 for the first day and $300.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

This is one of the best Vrbo locations I've ever stayed at. The property is recently renovated and immaculate. Everything from a technology perspective works seamlessly and the attention to detail is excellent. The property is also even larger than I could determine from looking at the pictures. The property managers were excellent with communication, going as far as to stop over at the house to show us where certain things were located in the house. There was a hurricane at the end of our stay, and they went as far as to give us a few extra hours for checkout to deal with our canceled flights. This is a 10/10 location that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

My favorite spot was the veranda looking out over the pool and beautiful golf course. Our daughters loved the porch and day bed outside of the master bedroom. Our son in law enjoyed baking homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies in the well thought out kitchen. The location in Sea Pines for riding bikes and going to the beach could not have been better. Sea Pines area of HHI is the crown jewel. We will be back and hope to rent from Beverly again.

We rented bikes and loved our bike rides to the beach and dinner. The home is stocked above and beyond a normal rental home. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and watching the golfers out the back windows. We ate and sat on the screened porch multiple times a day- maybe my favorite relaxing thing about my weekend. We will definitely rent same house and from BEST NEST again!

In fact there was still room to spare! The home is smart so you can control various aspects of the home from touchpads located strategically throughout the home. The pool was lovely. There was beautiful view of the golf course. We even got to see wildlife walk by! Deer, turtles, alligators. The neighborhood is gated so it is very safe and quiet. Within the community there are various eateries and very close to the beach. This was the perfect place!

Live Oak was so good that today, our first day back home, we are experiencing massive withdrawals! We want to make breakfast in that kitchen today. We want coffee on the porch. We want to read on the porch swing then take a nap there. We want to be floating in the pool. We want to stroll to the beach. We want to watch our Detroit Tigers on the outdoor TV. WE STILL WANT TO BE THERE!! We LOVED our time there SO, SO MUCH but do have one issue: it wasn't long enough!
