Great place to spend time with the family, the property is really well maintained,located near nice beaches and very spacious with lots of games and jacuzzi for entertainment. Will definitely return soon!!

Pinecrest was an ideal winter vacation spot for our family of 13. We came from various places in the US and all were delighted with the facilities to include cleanliness, comfort and location. It was quite magical as Tahoe Vista and surrounding areas had a major snow storm before we arrived - which made playing in the snow a blast! Although we did not ski this time we did visit Northstar Village for an afternoon of walking and sipping hot drinks! Very close by. The host was very kind and available to answer any questions that arrived. I would highly recommend this house for a large family.

Beautiful cabin with ample sleeping space for a large group

The property was beautiful, and just behind the house, about a 5 minute hike away, there is a breathtaking view of the lake. The home has fun games such as shuffleboard and foosball, along with super comfortable modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms along with ample sleeping quarters to accomodate a large group. The only downside of this excellent property is that the stairs being carpeted made them somewhat easy to slip on, just be careful and you'll have a great time.

Wonderful winter wonderland!

The location is perfect for a winter getaway nestled by the end of a cul de sac, and fairly easy to get to since all the streets are plowed regularly. The home itself had an excellent setup for kids who can share bunk beds, and sizable rooms with large beds for those who worry about equitable space among larger groups. The open concept works very well when cooking in the kitchen and wanting to be part of the conversation in the living room. And despite the numerous stairs that might keep some folks concerned, we spent most of our time on the top floor anyways so it was of no concern in the end. Lastly, I personally love the outdoors, so when trying to find places to rent with enough yard space for the kids to safely play became difficult to pin down this beat out all the rest hands-down since it backs up to national forest with a short hike up the hill to see all of Lake Tahoe in an unobstructed view. It’s so beautiful! Looking forward to renting this place again!
