My wife and I had an anniversary getaway and stayed at Tidewater managed through Beachball Properties. The condo we rented was excellent, very clean and exceeded our expectations. Beachball properties did an awesome job communicating with everything from checking in, periodically checking with us to ensure our stay was great, and the check out procedures were super simple. The location of the property was great and right on the beach with private access to the beach. It was nicely located to shops, restaurants and attractions. We had a great time in Orange Beach and would definately return and hopefully be able to book through Beachball properties again. Thank you for a smooth enjoyable stay!

It was great place to stay! Our only complaint was we were unable to use the oven. It was greasy and filthy and the fire alarm when off when we tried to use it.

Condo was clean, decorated beautifully and had a great view. Comfortable for 6 adults. The bedroom closest to the condo walkway could really use a blackout curtain. Luckily, we had brought some throws and were able to block out the outside light as much as we could. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the master shower was amazing!

Loved our time here! They have everything you could need here (except beach towels). Lots of beach toys and chairs, full kitchen, lovely bedrooms and nice bathrooms! We would love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends!

Beautiful property with thoughtful hosts. The property was clean when we arrived. It has plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware, more than we’ve had at other places. They even had extra beach chairs and boogie boards we could use.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo! The highlight was the beautiful view from the balcony, especially overlooking the nearby inlet. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, making it a great place to relax. We only had a couple of small suggestions for the owners. There were quite a few personal family photos displayed throughout the condo, which made it feel a little more like staying in someone's personal home than a vacation rental. I think removing these could help guests feel even more at home. Also, the bedroom closest to the front door could really benefit from a blackout curtain. The lights from the exterior walkway kept the room quite bright throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Other than those minor things, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

The unit is wonderfully appointed and even better than the pictures. Three couples and we were never crowded. The balcony is wonderful though it does appear to need repair to parts of the railing. The view was everything. Our only issues were with the managing company, Beachball Properties. We arrived early and sought to move in based on a previous offer to bump our arrival from Saturday to Friday because the unit was vacant. They claimed no knowledge of the offer so the email was forwarded. From there it took three phone calls, extensive time on hold and a final agreement to pay a fee for early arrival though the unit had been ready for 24 hours. I understand the need for policy and protocol, but this experience showed little concern for the customer as well as inconsistent knowledge on the part of staff. I would rent the unit again in a heartbeat if I could do so without working with Beachball.

This condo is honestly so pretty and one of our favorites. Looks wise and set and size it’s perfect. The bathroom is gorgeous in the master. The ONLY two complaints I would have are that the master bedroom bed could really use a topper or something. I work up every night with my back killing me and I’m only 30 so it’s not old age . Haha. But seriously it’s beautiful the bed is just very uncomfortable. And secondly the cleaning staff would have cleaned a little better for sure (bathrooms)

Tidewater 901

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was incredible spacious with an amazing view outside. I do wish it could have been a bit cleaner. We could see that the bottom of our feet were dirty within a few hours of being there and that's coming from a family who removes their shoes before entering a home, so definitely could have used a quick mop. The sheets had a few stains on them and the bathrooms could have really used floor mats. Regardless, it was lovely and a blessing to have stayed here!

Great stay!

Super easy check-in/entry codes. Loved being able to go straight to the condo and not having to get keys. Very comfortable and wonderfully remodeled. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are a bit smaller than we thought they would be, but worked just fine for 4 teenaged girls! The front bedroom didn’t cool as well as the rest of the condo but they have ceiling fans and two floor fans available. The only other thing that wasn’t super great was that the plates were plastic and not microwaveable. But that was pretty easy to work around. Overall, great place with great beach access and really nice, helpful beach umbrella attendants!

We really liked this condo. I give it 4 stars only because the beds weren't the greatest comfort wise. And there was only 1 set of extra sheets. Being on the beach for a week, I was hoping to not have to do laundry every day. And the master bathroom didnt have any toilet paper in it when we got there. But overall, it was a nice place.
