This is a beautiful room, located right on Water Street. With easy access to the Pedestrian Mall in the summers, an abundance of restaurants and nightlife within easy walking distance (though not close enough to hear), this is the ideal downtown base for your visit to St. John’s. We are also located right above one of the newest and most exciting restaurants in town- Portage!

The Room is modern very spacious and private , The layout of the space is very intentional and intimate with high end finishes just a beautiful place to enjoy a nice peaceful get away. Great location with stunning views!! Darrell&Lena

St. John's rental

Great stay and location to Downtown St. John's. Easy walk around the City from this location. High end finishes in the apartment. Would definitely rent again when back in the area.

The property was very nice and was well equipped with high end appointments. The lighting in the apartment could have been a bit better but besides that we enjoyed our stay very much. It was located on Water Street in downtown St John's within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants and breweries as well as many other tourist areas.

There was an odd smell in the hallways but not in the room. Everything else was amazing. The staff downstairs were friendly and kind.

Centrally located studio room. Very spacious. Needs a bit of repair here and there. Excellent king bed. Restaurant downstairs wasn’t open except for one private function (we were there for three days). Property overall needs attention -stairs were very dirty and used as a storage for garbage bags and empty bottles. Host was quick to respond, would probably stay at aAlt rooms next time.

Nice beautiful and large room. Location was excellent and adjacent to restaurants, shops, boutiques, Jelly Bean row, George St, etc. Laundry facilities available in common area.
