This 1,500 sq ft spacious luxury apartment is located in the lower level of a private custom home. NO SHARED HVAC. Sunny and light bedrooms with top-notch finishes and décor. You will enjoy a private entrance and walkway, covered porch, and free on-site parking for 2 cars. Prime Bethesda location: 1 mile to NIH and Naval Medical with public transportation just outside the front door. Bus (free to ride) 47 takes 10 minutes to Bethesda Metro station (Red-line) or in the opposite direction to Montgomery Mall.
The space
Sustainable electricity generated by Tesla Solar. Powerwall whole house batteries provide electricity should a grid outage occur. Enjoy all of the comforts of this designated property. Tastefully decorated and functional place is ideal for a comfortable stay when visiting the area. The apartment is separated from the upper levels by a concrete floor above for ultimate privacy. Heated floors, gas fireplace, deep soak-in tub provide for a relaxing time along with free 400/400 Mbps Fios Wi-Fi and Roku TV on a 75" 4K UHD TV for your entertainment. Note: Space provides for 4 adults/children with 2 extra folding memory foam twin size beds for children.

Oasis in the middle of the city

My family came to visit for a week in the DC area. After spending everyday dodging people and visiting all the sites, it was wonderful to come back to a secluded, beautiful respite! We couldn’t have been happier! Our stay was comfortable and just what we needed away from home!

We really enjoyed this property. Can’t wait to return in July with our sons. Great master bedroom with very comfortable king bed. Spacious kitchen and living room. Every inch of this apartment seemed updated and all appliances were very nice and clean and new. One of our best VRBO stays ever.

Elegant and spacious apartment

We very much enjoyed our week at Maria’s place in Bethesda. My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO properties in the USA and Europe. This property is definitely one of the best. Very well equipped and furnished. Many thoughtful touches, comfortable beds, plush towels, toys and books for kids. Maria is friendly and helpful. The apartment is quiet. Absolutely Five star.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. Stylish decor. Comfort. A kitchen one could cook in, with all the tools including sharp knives. Our group was aged 65 and it worked well for us to be at our son's White Coat Ceremony. group was 62
