About this property

Spacious guest suite w/ private entry

Our bright, newly renovated basement suite is perfectly located between Denver, Boulder, and the I-70 corridor! The suite is divided into one bedroom, a kitchen, and a studio bedroom/living room. We provide many amenities for a comfortable stay, including a private work space, a TV, a washer/dryer, and a patio table.

We live on the upper floor of the house, but our thoughtful renovations resulted in a very quiet, private space with a separate entry & yard. We look forward to hosting you!

More about the space: We live on a quiet cul-de-sac and offer parking in front of our home.

The walk-in basement suite entrance is located down a short path through our side yard. The path is paved for ease of access.

The main living space of the suite contains:
- a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, flatware, dinnerware, coffee maker, and water kettle.
- a living area that has a dining table for 4, a couch, a Roku TV, and a Playstation 4.
- a queen bed (& partition).
- a desk and chair, perfect for working remotely.
- yoga mats and light dumbbells.

The bathroom contains a toilet, shower, sink, and vanity- plenty of space for multiple people to get ready at one time.

The bedroom has a queen bed, closet, full-length mirror, and dresser.

Guests also have direct access to the washer and dryer.

We provide guests with coffee, a tea assortment, and instant oatmeal.

The space was completely renovated in 2022-23.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire basement space and the yard.
Other things to note: We live on the upper level of the home and, while we've made every effort to soundproof and minimize noise between floors, you may still hear us or our dog on occasion.

Perfect stay - would stay again when in area!!

I can’t recommend this VRBO enough. We were in the Denver area for a marathon my hubby ran and stayed a total of 4 nights. Apparently, Ian (the owner), is a runner also because he went to the trouble of even leaving my hubby a couple of gu’s for his marathon. The rental was perfect from the up-to-date beautiful decor, comfy beds & amenities. It was VERY clean and all communication (including check-in and out), was very well organized. Even though in the basement of their home, it still felt very private with the separate entrance at the back of the house. You could hear sounds from above from time to time, but that was clear in the description when we rented, and I would compare more to an apartment above you. I would highly recommended for anyone staying in the Denver area. THANK YOU Ian for sharing your home!
