The house and pool were lovely and well-suited for multiple family members. We enjoyed staying there. It was great to have a short walk to the beach and to bike in the area. The only downside was that the refrigerator was not functioning properly. Two Sea Star Realty maintenance members failed to pursue a fix. An appliance repairman finally came toward the end of our rental time.

Great family vacation

The only issues we had were the air conditioning not working initially and a little later than expected for checking in. The air was fixed by 10:00 the first night. Overall a wonderful house with plenty of room for our crew.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was in excellent condition, all furnishings were clean and looked new. Wonderful porches on front and back with a hammock, rockers, and a large table for outdoor dining after a long day at beach! The grandkids LOVED the pool! Plenty of necessaries for cooking large evening meals and was an Easy short walk to the beach! We’ve been visiting N. Litchfield for 40 years and Would definitely stay in this home again!
