Completely remodeled! Our full condo remodel was completed just a few years ago, and we would love to share all the new comforts and conveniences with you. Of course, the third floor, 180º spectacular ocean view hasn't changed. Our condo now offers 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, stacked oversized laundry, and upgrades throughout. Updated appliances, filtered water, and zoned a/c. New reclining sofa. Both bedrooms have complete walls for better privacy. New in 2024 are hybrid twin beds in the second bedroom. These beds can be combined as a king.
Big, bright glass doors and windows opening onto the west facing lanai bring fantastic whale watching opportunities and front row seats for the amazing sunsets. Relax on the lanai with our teak furniture, no sticky plastic chairs here. Enjoy the electric sunshade in the afternoon! Cool mountain breezes bring extra comfort in the evenings. Open the windows and doors and enjoy the fresh air!

Please note, there is no elevator in our complex.

Right outside is a beautiful quartzite lanai stretching the length of the complex where you will find a lovely cooling pool, showers and barbeques. Plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sunshine, or pull a few onto the large shady lawn.

Our location is convenient to many Maui adventures, but don't forget to include a few spectacular sunsets right at home at your 'front row' location. Later, let the rolling ocean waves sooth you into sleep in the surfside main bedroom and awake to the blue sky over the aqua sea. So much to do nearby- snorkeling with turtles off the spectacular south Maui beaches (there are often turtles right out front in the sand, please keep a distance!), exploring upcountry and Haleakala, touring the Maui Ocean Center. Rather stay home for a day or evening? You will be able to enjoy private wi-fi now upgraded to 300 Mbps, a 46" HD TV with Deluxe cable and wifi streaming Bluray DVD player, an additional TV and DVD player in the main bedroom, CD/iPod player, phone service with free long distance to US, Canada & at least 33 other countries. Or take a walk along the beach right outside your door. We have beach toys, towels, and sand chairs, and binoculars for whale watching.

Enjoy preparing meals in a completely renovated kitchen while enjoying ocean views. Granite counters, quality stainless steel appliances and spacious bamboo cabinets make cooking so easy. We have included more than enough cooking tools and devices, colorful Fiestaware dishes and plenty of glasses and cups. You need it, you'll find it, or let us know and we will work to add your suggestion.

There's a full size grocery store just a short block away. Also within 2-3 blocks you will find 15+ restaurants from fast food to elegant dining, craft shops, U.S. Post Office, a well stocked non-profit used bookstore, boutiques, dive shops, outdoor craft market, a farm with a great selection of mangos, citrus and other produce, rental car companies, and a Long's CVS Drugs. Don't miss the organic farmers' & craft market every Saturday at the Kikui Mall a short way down S Kihei Rd, music too. Yum, fresh salad greens, apple bananas, exotic fruits, herbs and more. Try something new and tropical, the farmers are there to answer your questions. Also just a block away from the condo is the Kihei Fourth Friday town party every month with live music, loads of food carts and craft vendors. Great activities for kids.
