New Hope 3rd floor bedroom w/ 2nd floor private bath. No private entrance .

Your hosts, Phil and Marcy look forward to your stay in our made for chillaxing large 3rd floor cozy bedroom w/ kitchenette along with a private bath/shower located right outside your 3rd floor stairs on the 2nd floor. Owner resides on 2nd floor away from your private accommodations. . You enter the home thru a Side entrance (not private) which takes you thru the owners kitchen/living and up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Down the hall, thru the stained glass door takes you to your secured ,inviting bed/bath area. YOU are a Bucks County minute from our door to downtown New Hope, and the walking bridge to Lambertville. We love the location. Convenience times 2 we say as you can park in our driveway and delight in all New Hope and Lambertville have to offer day and night. Rafting, biking, ghost tours, restaurants, nightlife and so much more to explore in our town. Did I mention the history that abounds here. You'll need a week to see all there is to explore. We love it and you will too!.

Very close to downtown- walkable to everything we needed and they allowed us to keep two cars which was very helpful. The owners were polite and helpful. They are in the home with you- more like a bed and breakfast. Very clean.

This is a charming property in a charming town. Parking can be challenging in New Hope so the ability to easily park at the property and walk to town is huge. The hosts are very welcoming and are knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend.

My sister and I wanted a cozy place to stay overnight after a music show in New Hope, and Phil and Marcy’s guest suite was perfect. Located on a pretty, quiet street just steps from the shops and restaurants of both New Hope and Lambertville, the suite is part of a beautifully renovated historic home. We loved the airy, welcoming bedroom, complete with a petite kitchenette for coffee and snacks. The bathroom was well appointed, with fluffy towels, guest soaps, and thoughtful amenities.Phil and Marcy were both friendly and welcoming while also giving us plenty of privacy. I would definitely book another stay there!

Amazing Stay

Phil and Marcy were so hospitable and respectful of the space we stayed in. It was the perfect stay for a quick 48 hour trip, perfect walking distance to downtown New Hope. Clean and spacious for two people.
