PRIVATE ENTRY with FREE street parking. Enjoy skyline views while sitting around the fire on your private patio. The landscaped yard is well maintained and includes a water fountain with fish. Our orange cat, Penny likes to say hello.
Located in the center of West Seattle. Walking distance to local boutiques, Sunday year-round farmers market, local coffee shops, and restaurants. Alki Beach is a 5 min drive. Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are a short water taxi ride or direct bus route.
GETTING AROUND: SODO Station-7 min Drive, King St Station-15 min drive, SeaTac airport is a 23 min. drive.

The place was awesome. Very clean great view nice yard. Their cat came to visit a couple time very friendly. I would stay at the place again. Nice neighborhood.

The whole process was very excellent. I was visiting family and we were able to meet in the ample living area and around the outdoor fireplace. Everything was clean and I felt very safe as I was staying there alone. I kept commenting to my family how peaceful and quiet it was. It is a great place to unwind after a busy day sight-seeing.

Nice place. Comfortable. Clean. Private. Good location. Peaceful and calming backyard. Had everything we needed. Hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. Surprises: The unit is a furnished basement of a house. You can hear people above you. Also, there is a set of stairs in the middle of unit. Be careful not to hit your head. Would stay here again.

We went to West Seattle to visit our daughter and her husband and wanted to be close enough to them to make it easy for us to see them every day. Lodging that met that criteria near them was limited. This house met that need perfectly. It was a short 10 minute walk from the downtown area of West Seattle where our kids lived and was a perfect place for us to stay. Extremely quiet and it fit our needs perfectly. Thank you Sherman.

We had a fantastic stay! Very spacious walkout basement unit. Friendly hosts and cat it’s in a great location in west Seattle and close to lots of entertainment and dining options. We travel to Seattle often for work and very much look forward to being able to stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to be close enough to downtown but still distant enough to feel like a getaway. Thanks again for everything!

Clean and up to date. Lovely decor, great location. Awesome view out the back yard. Easy parking. Be aware that there is a kitchen, but you can't cook much in it. There is a small toaster oven and a two-burner cook top you can plug in. We brought pasta, spaghetti sauce, and a bag salad to have for dinner when we got there, but there was no pot for boiling water to cook the noodles or heat the sauce on the little burner. Not even a bowl big enough to mix up the bag salad. So we gave up on that plan. If you want to eat out every meal, you are good to go! Lots of different glassware for drinking, not as much silverware or dishes. It's a new place, so maybe they will build up the kitchen supplies more as time goes by.
