Great Family Stay

We rented this home for a family visit, and it couldn’t have been better. It was perfect for our group of five—three adult children and two parents. The house was beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The peaceful setting was ideal, and my brother in law especially loved working remotely from the dining table with its view of the river. Our host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and made everything seamless from booking to checkout. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this home.

Great and comfy stay!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. Very comfortable, good spaces for socializing with family. The kitchen was well stocked with I think all new appliances. Lots of fluffy towels—very nice. Owner was very responsive and helpful—we really appreciated his cheerful willingness to help us during our visit. The location was beautiful—great view over the water made for a lovely spot for morning coffee. Since family members just moved to the area, we will definitely be staying here again for future visiting!

Brand new home near several waterfront towns

Beautifully furnished and quaintly decorated new home boasting hardly - if ever - used appliances and rooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the living area is very comfortable, equipped with numerous AC units and fans. The house is stocked with ample paper and cleaning essentials and bathroom basics for the entire stay. The kitchen, however, was lacking some common tools such as a can opener, bottle opener, measuring spoons / cups, or baking dishes of any kind. The backyard has great potential with direct access to a small cove at the top of the Niantic River. Charming towns abound within fifteen minutes of the house. Overall, a nice relaxing stay after a couple of visits to the store.
