This house was extremely comfortable and cozy. Every detail and comfort had been thought of. The upstairs attic bedroom was precious and the basement was made for relaxing. The neighborhood and proximity to the river were also excellent. Thank you for a great stay!
We brought my service dog and the property was very comfortable for all of us including Ryder. The fenced in yard was perfect.Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The furniture was all very comfortable. When I needed a question answered, the host texted back immediately.
We were in the area for sports tournaments with our family of boys and absolutely loved everything about our stay! The home was beautiful decorated and immaculately clean, with a spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and a bright, cheerful vibe. We enjoyed the area and found lots to do in our downtime from games. We would highly recommend, and definitely return!
Nicely decorated house. Close to Mystic, Mohegan Sun and multiple beaches and state parks. My son loved the house as well. Very accommodating and had a lot of things that were helpful (beach chairs, bikes, blankets, shades/curtains, suggestions on where to eat). Overall a great place to stay!

"We had the pleasure of hosting Brenda and their group at our Lucky 8 Camp, and we couldn't have asked for better guests! From the moment they arrived, they treated our property with the utmost care and respect. Communication was easy and seamless, and they left the camp in perfect condition. It's clear that they appreciate and enjoy the beauty of nature, and it was wonderful to share our space with such considerate and friendly visitors. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!"

This is a lovely house only steps from the water. It could easily absorb a larger family or teens who need space based on the layout. Great communication with the owners.
Spent two weeks celebrating Thanksgiving with family. Our son is a member of the Coast Guard Band. The house was great for preparing the holiday feast. The neighborhood is peaceful and the water is half a block away.

John and Trish stayed with us for two weeks over Thanksgiving. Communication was minimal, which we take as a great sign that everything—from the keyless entry to the heating—worked perfectly for their stay.
While there was a bit of extra cleaning needed after their departure, it’s clear they made great use of the space and amenities, which is what hosting is all about. We’d be happy to welcome them back in the future!
The property was everything as advertised. Easy to get to and convenient to Niantic and the surrounding area. We had a very enjoyable stay. The house could not have been better. This house is a gem with anyone with a family.

Best,
Betsy with Lucky 8 Camp
Had my elderly parents and family in town for graduation. Perfect house with bedrooms on one level…but room for kids in game room (basement) and cute attic bunkhouse. Close to beach and the process was super easy.
Betsy was a great host - she arranged an early check in so we could avoid rush hour traffic with a 1.5 year old in the backseat at no cost. The house was exactly as advertised - perfect size for a family with pet and equipped with books, toys, and low-rise beds for our young one. It was a great homebase for our long weekend, providing easy access to Niantic downtown and short drives to Essex, Old Lyme, Chester, and Mystic.
