Quaint Space - Near Downtown & Broncos Stadium

Whether you're in town for work or play, everything is just minutes away! Walk to the Broncos Stadium, Union Station, and some of Denver's best breweries, restaurants and more! This victorian home is the perfect jumping off point to explore Denver. Cozy space to come home to and relax after a long day.

About the space:
This space is a lower unit, so there will be people living above you that you can hear walking around. The space is completely separate, with a separate entrance, however you do share the garden with the upper unit.

Guest access:
Guest have access to the front and back yard, along with the back patio. These are shared spaces with the people in the upstairs unit.

About the area:
Our house is a block away from Briar Commons and Jefferson Park. We are also only a short walk to the Broncos Mile High Stadium.
There are a few wonderful bike paths that intersect just down the street for easy access to downtown or just a ride down the river.

Weekend Get-away

This place was perfect for us while visiting Colorado. Food options were amazing around us, along with the tours and entertainment. Easy drive to Red Rocks. The property managers were wonderful to work with and they took care of us amazingly well.

The unit was just what we needed for a great weekend in Denver while attending 2 shows at Mile High Stadium. . It is walking distance to the Stadium which was perfect. It is on a quiet street with a restaurant/bar at the end of the street. The outdoor space is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to the Stadium again.
