El alojamiento presentaba graves averías y desperfectos, puertas sin pintar y otras con desconchones, enchufes averiados, enseres rotos y sucios, ventanas oxidadas, azulejos rotos, baldas del baño descompuestas por la humedad, faltaba mobiliario respecto del que figura en las fotos, faltaban electrodomésticos, faltaban bombillas y otras estaban fundidas, lamparas rotas, un colchón tras un armario...Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento, y ni VRBO ni la propiedad del alojamiento se han hecho cargo del reintegro de la reserva

This client arrived having booked my apartment months earlier, stayed the night and then demanded full refund. The apartment is +100 yrs old and 1 of the most beautiful period apts in Cannes. This client took the most bizarre photos, searching out unused lamps with no bulb to back her complaint, even took photos of hangers in my wardrobe. Why the hangers offended her, I have no idea. Recently myself and my husband stripped the door in the main living area to bring it back to its original wood, a feature that we think is quite beautiful. I have rented our apt for 20yrs and have always had wonderful feedback. This is an absurd review!
