A beautiful home conveniently close to just about everything - beach, the avenue, outlets. Even the pool is right around the corner. Picture a slow morning outside on the patio or deck with a cup of coffee, looking out onto the pond, listening to the sound of the fountain. Sitting at the large dining room table surrounded by family playing some fun games. Snuggled up on the sofas to watch a movie at the end of the night after a day at the beach. We have stayed in many rentals in Rehoboth over the last ten years. This is by far our favorite. It was spotless and spacious!

Our family really enjoyed this home. It has great walkable access to Rehoboth restaurants and the pool is a big plus. I would recommend this for families with young children.

As soon as we walked in you could tell the place was super clean!It’s a short walk to rehoboth Ave. I walked to Rise Up coffee a few times in the morning. The location of the pool was great!The place is well stocked with kitchenware. But make sure to bring your own spices and condiments and oil. It is also well stocked with beach gear like a cart, umbrella, and pool chairs (we didn’t end up using these but good to have)Not a negative, just awareness, we traveled with our elderly moms and the stairs were pretty steep for them. Communicating with the host was great, they were always quick to respond.The house itself was really quiet and really nicely furnished. Plenty of room for four adults and 3 kids. The community felt safe. A great place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Place

We stayed with 6 adults, a 3 year old, & 20 month old. We loved the location by the bike trail and about 1 mile from restaurants and shopping. We loved it so much we already booked it for next year :-)

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in the Rehoboth Beach area, and Cheryl's property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had very comfortable accomodations, and was located in a very nice area of town with easy access to the boardwalk/beach. Great location and very roomy.

This was our second year in a row at this same place. We love the location because it’s close to the bike trail and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The 4 bedroom place is great for our extended family of six adults and two toddlers. We like relaxing by the pool and the back patio.
