We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was good. Host was quite welcoming with emails and offers to help with everything. Beautiful location on the golf course. Great lanai. Quiet neighborhood.

This place was perfect!

I'm late in leaving this but this place was perfect. It was better than the pics and what a great location! The check in and out process was super easy and our family had an amazing time here. We stayed from Nov 17th to Dec 16th of 2023 and loved the space this provided for our family and all the visitors we had. It was easy access to the pool area and the drive to anywhere was super convenient. I would definitely stay this agency again.

Great condo - better than the photos

We were so pleasantly surprised by the condo once we arrived, it felt so much bigger than the photos! And the large lanai on the golf course was great (if you keep an eye out for the random ball!!). We had an amazing time in Ko Olina, and access to the beach and Sports Club was amazing for free parking at Lagoon 4. We can't wait for our next stay.

Fairways at Ko Olina

We loved the location, the well stocked kitchen, size of the unit, having a garage, back yard with patio, great pool area, and plenty of beach equipment. Generally a great unit. When we arrived everything looked clean and nice. However, soon discovered sheets all smelled like oily skin and were stained. Pillow cases, covers, & some pillows were stained & smelled awful. Twin beds had sand in them - dirty sheets. Towels smelled old, musty. Only enough towels for 4 people (we had 6) and no towels for the kitchen. It took THREE weeks before towels were delivered. Within a short time bare feet were filthy dirty from dirty floors. Bulbs burned out in hallway night lights. We had to replace batteries in garage door opener and smoke detector. Bolt holding toilet seat in place was broken and we had to replace it.Nice place but was not ready for guests.

Mahalo for your thoughtful and detailed feedback, Clyde. We're so glad you enjoyed the home’s location, spacious layout, and many amenities. We’re truly sorry, however, to hear about the condition of the linens and delays in providing essentials — that’s not the experience we aim to deliver. We've shared your comments with our local operations team and are taking immediate steps to improve our quality control and response time. We appreciate your kokua and bringing this to our attention, and hope to welcome you back for a much-improved stay.

Workable option close to lagoons

Convenient location within 20 min walk from Lagoons 3&4. One big advantage of the property is the pretty patio overlooking the golf course. The second one is the ability to use the gym off-premises and Marina parking. During holidays, public parking can be full and it's nice to have guaranteed parking. House garage was convenient and spacey, remote opener included. Very quiet neighbors on both sides, we barely saw or heard them. As to the cons: the house is old and stocked at a bare-bones level. Cleanliness was to be desired, smelly couch. Lawn mower on the golf court would start rattling at 5am every other day or so, waking everyone up if windows were left open. Property manager (Grant) stopped replying to texts after a few days, we couldn't schedule mid-term cleaning. A/C worked fine initially but its efficiency seemed to have dropped over time upstairs. Lighting on the porch was unusable, we bought and installed our own lights along the fence and left them there. The pool at Fairways complex was closed during the entire month. Overall, we were glad to have a longer term stay option during the holidays and enjoyed our favorite Oahu location (Ko Olina) but wouldn't stay at that place again.
