ALOHA. Come vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled 2BR/2BA beachfront home. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kaho’olawe Island, Molokini Crater, the West Maui Mountains and of course the pristine Pacific Ocean and its shoreline. Sugar Beach is the longest sandy beach in Maui and is just steps away. We offer free WI FI, free parking, and large screen HD TV's in living room and both bedrooms.
Our beach home is an end unit which allows for even greater unobstructed panoramic views from the lanai, living room and dining room. Master bedroom also has great ocean views. Relax with your cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the seasonal migrating whales and spectacular sunsets. Let the sound of the waves put you to sleep each night.
Just across the street is an ABC convenience store, a Farmer’s Market and the best Hawaiian shaved ice and bakery. We are just minutes away from downtown Kihei, which offers many choices for shopping, dining, and local activities. We are centrally located to all of Maui’s famous attractions. Lahaina is 20 miles to the northwest, Wailea 6 miles south, and the airport 9 miles north of the condo.

The condo unit was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful supply of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils as well a lot of spices and even a starter supply kit of toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and spare garbage bags. The convenience of the washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! In addition, the beach equipment and beach towels was well stocked. This property is at the quiet end of the beach which we like!

It was comfortable, close to a small market ABC STORE and a shaved ice shop second to none! The views from the balcony are amazing for sunsets!!!The hosts were responses right away when we contacted them and helpful with questions as as well as accommodating when asked to set up the second bedroom with a king size bed.

We never had to leave our temporary home. Everything was wonderful - the comfortable and beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need, the beautiful view from the lanai, the beach chairs on the well maintained lawn, and the little shopping center across the street. Marvellous Maui!

We had a wonderful trip to Maui and a perfect stay at Susan and Tiva’s. We toured all over the island, saw all the sights and many great beach days, including the beach right in front of the condo. At the end of each adventure it was lovely to come “home” to the condo’s comfort and amenities!

We enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view was stunning and so great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy it all. We took advantage of the canoe club next door and did their visitor paddle. So fun! We also loved being right across the street from Ululanis- our favorite shave ice place! The condo itself was great and as described. We hope to book here again.

The interior of the property is up to date and spotless. Our family of 4 was perfectly comfortable. The closets had all the beach day gear a family could need for an island vacation. When we needed a break from playing on the beach right outside, we were able to take in the incredible views from the windows and balcony, including the beautiful view of the canoe rentals next door. Across the street is an amazing farmers market, ABC store, artisanal bakery, gift shop and literally the best shave ice shop on Maui. Grocery shopping, gift shopping, luaus, everything you could want are just minutes away from the property. The people are so kind - everyone is happy to be there. It really is paradise.

Amazing rental in the perfect location!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! The location is perfect, love the bakery, shaved ice and ABC store accoss the street. The condo had everything you would need and was very clean, comfortable and had the very best sunsets! I would 1000% stay here again and rent from these wonderful owners! 5 star!

I am a retired teacher and Tiva is an electrical engineer. We both have traveled the world. We have vacationed on most of the Hawaiian islands, Maui being our favorite.

Why they chose this property

After spending many months searching for our vacation home, we fell in love with Kihei Beach and the condo with its close proximity to the beach. Kihei Beach is one of the very few properties on the island that is just 50 feet from the sand and ocean. From the condo you have incredible unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Maui Mountains, other islands and beautiful shoreline can not be beat . The area is clean and very well kept. People are friendly and helpful, locals and visitors alike. We now want to proudly share the property with our family, friends and you, our guests.

What makes this property unique

The beach and pool are never over crowded which allows for a quiet, relaxing day. When you are ready for more activity, dining, shopping, and local attractions are just a few minutes away. The Kihei Canoe Club is right next door which gives you a sense of the Hawaiian culture. You can watch their activities and you can join them on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. A convenience store, farmers' market, bakery and popular shaved ice and ice cream store are just across the street.
