Welcome to the gorgeous and peaceful newly renovated one level 3 bedroom (3 queen beds) single family home.
Includes 2 full baths, executive office, beautifully furnished family room, and laundry room on site. Two bedrooms are on one side with a Jack and Jill bathroom between. Master bedroom is the opposite side of the home with a very large bathroom including a huge shower, 2 sinks and jetted tub. Brand new flooring throughout and the updated kitchen and family room are comfortably in the middle of the property with wonderful 90° doors to the Florida Room.
Also, inside there is a large family space with updated lighting and a brand new kitchen.
Outside includes a covered Florida room with heated pool, spacious fully fenced and beautifully landscaped backyard.
Amenities such as bedding and towels, kitchen appliances, many kitchen devices, tasteful and cozy furniture to comfortably fit 6 people.
Wonderful quiet community and neighborhood with the home being in a cul-de-sac.
Biking/or walking distance to Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center, Tamiami Tavern, Los Mariachi's Restaurant, Publix and a nail salon.

What a great place to come home to

The house is so comfortable, no matter where you are: the kitchen, the office, the pool, etc. the hosts were responsive and the location was great. We want to come back!

Relaxing stay

The house was wonderful. We really enjoyed the time that we spent there. It was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very nice. We loved the heated pool and outdoor living area. Our host was prompt and responsive. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Spring break

We enjoyed the property very much. House was inviting and open making it easy to feel comfortable and able to chat with our friends while anywhere. We spent most of our time outback at the table and in the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Safe & close to airport

This property is probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We were all very impressed with that. Safe neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. We had an early morning flight out of Punta Gorda and so it’s proximity to the airport was perfect.

House was very clean & nice. Nice linens, comfortable beds. No washcloths for use in bathrooms. No iron and ironing board. No hot water at kitchen sink of all places. Water was lukewarm. Contacted the owner…he suggested I go to Walmart and purchase washcloths and a steamer. He also said temp at sink was set so no one would burn themselves. PffftBathroom showers had great hot water. First morning, nasty old coffee pot. Basket hadn’t been emptied and had mold on old grounds. The inside of the water reservoir…covered in black stuck on stuff. House thermostat was preset (possibly remotely controlled). Had to deal with constantly turning it down as it only stayed cool for x amount of time then it would default to a preset temp of 76. Day temps were in the 90’s. Pool area, is UNSAFE!!! A small warning sign was posted outside. there’s always a warning where one rents with a pool, one enjoys the pool at their own risk. UNDERSTOOD. Tile around this pool and lanai….NOT SLIP PROOF! I was aware and did take baby step precautions not to fall, But did I slip and fall. Afraid I had broken my hand/wrist, went to the ER…sprain. Dangerous! Pool water clear yet greenish. Friends who live in PG pools were clear. Also a security camera aimed at the pool, Ring camera at front door that captured our coming and going and conversation. NOT NOTED IN PROPERTY DESCRIPTION!! Why? I questioned my entire privacy. Beautiful rental. OWNER-get washcloths, pods coffeemaker & hot H2O & NEW POOL TILES
