Come relax at a Sea Cabin "Mint4U" across the street from 100' of private beach. Renovated & fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath townhome. Sleeps 6. Near Beach Bar access w/ FREE beach bonfires on Mon/Fri. New kitchen appliances, W & D combo unit, & smart TV's. Heated pool, BBQ grill/picnic area, and covered pavilion. Chair/umbrella rental available. Explore nearby coffee and dining options within walking distance. Conveniently located between Destin & 30A in Miramar Beach. *Minimum 25 years of age required to book and be present for the duration of the stay. *Our sea cabin is pet-free and smoke-free. (This includes smoking on the patio). In either instance, violators will be evicted without refund and fined an additional $2500. One parking spot available. HOA does not allow golf carts.

We loved our Sea Cabin stay! Family of 5 here and we loved the short walk to the beach, the private access and especially our helpful hosts! The location was great for not only the beach but for shopping, eats and entertainment. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to land near the ocean!

Nice place in a convenient location

We enjoyed this house for our family vacation. It was an easy walk to the beach, the house was stocked with everything we needed and was nice and clean. Would stay here again for sure.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our family had a great time! The Sea Cabins are indeed a hidden gem in the area that we will for sure be back to visit. Thank you to owner Kelly for her excellent communication and providing such a beautiful location for our family this past Memorial Day weekend :)

Best updated and decorated cabin!

We have stayed in many of the different units in the SeaCabins but Mint4U has been by far the best! Very clean and updated. Perfect for a small family vacay right on the beach!

The host communicated quickly. The area is quiet and very family friendly! We loved the quick walk over to the beach. The house was clean and very cute. Perfect for our family of five. There is a pool on the property. Lots of shops and restaurants close by in walking distance.
