The Space:
The Boho is located in a quiet, rural residential area of McFarland.
The space features a comfortable king bed, along with additional sleeping space on a pull-out sofa in the living room.
Unwind with Roku TVs (streaming only, no cable) in both the living room and bedroom.
The home includes a convenient kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, plus complimentary coffee and tea to start your mornings.
*Please note: the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, to access the bathroom guests will have to walk through the bedroom.
For comfort, the home is equipped with central air.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire Boho, with the exception of the back storage area.
During the summer months, you’re welcome to enjoy the nearby piers located behind the Boho.
Please note that the piers and campground area past where the RV trailers begin is private property and not part of the rental. We kindly ask that guests respect these boundaries and avoid entering those areas.

No parties. You will be asked to leave immediately if any party activity is seen.
Additional guests that are not on the reservation are not allowed on the property. Visitors are not allowed on the property.
Only one dog allowed. A dog is NOT allowed without approval prior to booking. If you are interested in bringing your dog please let us know so we can discuss compatibility and options. Only a housebroken dog is allowed (sorry if your dog requires puppy pads or equivalent they are not allowed). Our insurance policy requires us to prohibit the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull), Chow, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrid Mix, or mixed primarily with a listed breed). Dog must be less than 50lbs. A dog that barks excessively is not allowed as there are others on the property. Dog must be on a leash while on the property at all times. Dog waste must be picked up immediately and thrown away in dumpster. Dog is not allowed on any furniture (bed, sofa, etc.) We ask that you keep your dog crated if leaving them unattended while you're away.
Boats and boat trailers are not allowed. We do not have a launch for kayaks, canoes, etc. There is a state of the art kayak launch just around the corner at Fish Camp County Park! Please let us know if you're planning on bringing any water equipment.
All types of trailers are not allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Other people live on the property and there are neighbors so please keep voices low and music at a respectful volume.
Do not move furniture.
Do not walk on campsites.
Ice fishing is not allowed on inlet. Do not throw anything on ice or water including rocks as this may cause damage to boats or props. Guests are not allowed on piers November - March.
Do not leave grill unattended. Please put cover back on grill when not using. We happily offer the grill for your enjoyment at no extra charge. Please note, if more than 50% of the propane tank is used during your stay, a $35 refill fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding!
Copy of government issued ID for each guest may be required to book. This is an adults only property. Max of 2 guests per fire code. Guests must be at least 25 years old.
