We have stayed multiple times in different condos at Islander on the beach. This place was Very nicely updated! Beautiful view of the ocean. My only complaint would be the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The pillows also should be replaced. Other than that it was perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo in a very convenient location on the island. It’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just a short drive from some great activities. The beachfront location also offers an amazing view! The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped with a good variety of small kitchen appliances. Since it’s located within a hotel, it also has a bit of a hotel feel despite being a condo.The main reason for our 4-star rating is that the bed seemed smaller than the advertised queen size, feeling more like a full. We also noticed a slight mildew smell from the bed and pillows, and the bedding was a bit firmer than we prefer. We stayed for 8 nights and felt that while the condo is a great option for a shorter stay, it may be less comfortable for a longer visit.Overall, we appreciated the location, beautiful view, and charming space, and think it could be a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient beachfront stay!

Very conveniently located by the market. Room was a little dated but worked well. Be prepared for 3am wake up call from roosters every morning.

Great getaway

Great location by Coconut Mall, ocean view from lanai, super comfy beds, toaster oven was a great bonus to save money on meals. Pool and hot tub were lovely! Great beach for sun rises!

Yearly Get Away

Absolutely loved this property. Room was beautiful and property was well maintained. Conveniently located within walking distance of many things. Would definitely recommend this property. Will be booking this property again.

Great Unit and Great Location

Perfect for what we needed. Quiet and very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants. Unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Enjoyed the lovely patio that opens to the yard. Will definitely be coming back!

Fully equipped kitchen essentials. Comfortable bed. Could use some hooks or a wall rack inside for hanging damp clothing. Beach chairs had seen better days, so we bought some from Costco. The property manager was very friendly about that and offered to had come by with new ones herself. It wasn’t a big deal for us at all so it’s all good.

Third year visiting Kauai in October and first time booking with VRBO. This unit is the only one I've visited that is exactly as shown in the listing. It features an updated kitchenette, which is wonderful and bright. The two hiccups were addressed by the management team.

Best for accessibility

This ground floor room was a great spot to stay. Loved that we had access to a fridge, toaster, microwave, and Keurig, plus could easily walk to the Coconut Marketplace to shop and dine out. It was a plus that handicap parking was also an available near this unit. Being located in Kapaa made accessing both sides of the island easy to access too.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of this rental. We wanted to see as much as possible and were easily able to travel to either side of the island. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Lava Lava, Oasis on the Beach, Jonny’s Wings & Tings to name a few. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and a small ice chest. Highly recommend especially for the cost conscious. Would book again if we return.
