Set right alongside the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, this charming condo is a terrific option for families or couples seeking fun and adventure in New Hampshire’s White Mountains! On-site, enjoy access to a seasonal, outdoor pool along with pickleball courts and two tennis courts to let you work on your backhand. Complimentary passes to the Nordic Village Resort are also provided for your stay, granting you access to an indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pool and hot tub, sauna, and racquetball and workout facilities. This property is also conveniently close to several local attractions including Alpine Adventures, Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves, and the Sugar Shack Golf Range.

Inside, discover an inviting living area with comfortable seating, a soaring ceiling, a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a wood-burning fireplace. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare everyone's favorite dishes, and the adjacent dining area stands ready for mealtimes or family game nights. Close & cozy

We had really nice time with our kids at this spot! Very close to the mountain and big enough for all of us to enjoy and hang out. The couches were really a plus. Five recliners made watching the playoffs super fun, and the beds and bedrooms worked out great.

Great location in quiet area of Lincoln.

We enjoyed Lost River, The Cog Railway, mini golf and some great restaurants during our short stay. the condo is clean and well stocked. The rec room is okay but the pool table was in sad shape. Nice pool but we did not have time to use it. Overall good stay.

Although there were activities listed, there really weren't any available. As far as the rental, it was comfortable but dated. The washing machine was very loud as was the outdated dishwasher. The kitched was well stocked. Loved the electric tea kettle. There is a lot to do in the area in the fall, especially if you enjoy hiking.

The amenities "passes" do not work. They will not let you in without a code, and Vacasa was unable to provide one at any point in our weeklong stay. The actual unit was great and this would be a 5 star review, except for the fake amenities.
