We needed a place on James Island close to our kids, and this was great. Nice and quiet. Chris was quick to respond when we had a need. We will definitely considering staying here again on our next visit.
Clean, comfortable and centrally located. Easy to get to Folly Island and downtown Charleston. My pup and I went to Cuda Co. per the owners recommendation in the guide book. Do not sleep on this place. 10/10 for seafood. I’d definitely stay at this location again!
The property was clean and had all the essentials. If we return to Charleston I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the outside area and outside shower...so great! Inside the house, everything was clean, anything you needed was provided; there was a great attention to detail, beautiful photographs of local areas, and a very cozy, comfy vibe.
It was exactly what we were looking for. On James island and only a short drive into Charleston. The guest house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

In between Charleston and Folly Beach, it was a perfect little place for us to be able to get around and see multiple areas in an extended weekend. Chris the owner thought of just about anything you would need while staying. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and I would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our accommodations and location! We were able to experience the best of both worlds of Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. We appreciated the available amenities including beach chairs and umbrella! Perfect space for two looking to explore the city of Charleston.
A great studio apartment that’s pet friendly. The outdoor shower is a great bonus especially after time at the beach. Chris is a great host and provided everything we needed for a few days of R&R. The park down the street is a fantastic place to watch the sunrise or sunset. Convenient location for Folly Beach, shopping, restaurants or accessing Charleston and the surrounding area.
We stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday in the Low Country. The property was very clean. The king sized bed was comfortable and there were amenities that made things convenient. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and mostly quiet. It’s an easy trip to Folly or downtown Charleston. Chris was easy to contact and responsive as well. The patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy the day, too.

We wanted to explore Charleston but wanted a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. This room was clean and quiet. Chris cared about our comfort and it ended up being a great choice for us to stay here. We did struggle to find good, healthy food to eat while we were there. Cudo Co became our favorite spot with fresh veggie sides, fresh fish that we had blackened and Kambucha. I’ve heard the fried fish is the best also if that’s your thing.
This is located in a very convenient location and perfect for someone(s) who just need a place to land in the evening. Couch was a little uncomfortable when we sat down in the evening to work and pillows were uncomfortable but overall I rank it high. Owners were friendly and non-instrusive and they have an adorable dog we got to meet! Extremely clean unit and they had some coffee pods for us as well as laundry detergent. Thank you for a great stay!

This property is pet friendly with a nice yard to take the dog out without any disturbances. Location was excellent to see the sights in Charleston and the surrounding area.
