The heated saltwater pool and spacious sun deck with comfortable loungers create a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere. The covered outdoor dining area with a grill is perfect for cozy BBQ evenings or slow mornings with a cup of coffee while enjoying the calming water views. Here, the focus is on comfort and relaxation rather than flashy luxury.



Comfortable Living with a Welcoming Feel



Villa Ibis accommodates up to six guests in three tastefully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the pool terrace, and a private bathroom, also with terrace access. Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds share a bright bathroom with a bathtub.



As you enter through the double front doors, you are greeted by a stunning view across the pool area to the shimmering canal beyond – a moment that instantly sets the vacation mood.



Kitchen & Dining Areas



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for everyday comfort: coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cookware, and all essentials needed to prepare relaxed meals. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat six guests.



Technology & Comfort



Stay connected with Wi-Fi or unwind during a movie night with satellite and cable TV. For your convenience, the villa offers a washer and dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, as well as towels and bed linens. Two kayaks and two bicycles are available for guests to explore the area actively.



Please note: the boat lift is not available for use.

Villa Ibis is located in one of Cape Coral’s most sought-after residential areas, just minutes from Cape Coral Parkway and the bridge to Fort Myers. A Publix supermarket is within easy walking distance (approximately 13 minutes).

Guest Access:

We´ll provide you the door code to access the proerty prior arrival



Interaction with Guests:

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you.
