Had a great visit. This is our second year visiting. Love the location, right next to the Mississippi River. It's so much fun watching the large cargo ships cruise by, watching from the balcony. Unfortunately, the hurricane forced us to leave a couple of days early. We will reschedule next spring or summer. Thanks Lee!

Very nice property, only a couple of small suggestions: Please Have some instructions for those not familiar with Bunn coffee makers. Couldn’t find a broom and dustpan for small cleanups. Thanks!

Great location to Venice Marina!! Perfect end of day dinner at Chance’s that Gordon Ramsey advocated for (less than 2 minute drive from house). Comfort, Cleanliness and Care have gone into the long-term maintenance of this home! Look forward to referring and staying at this location again for future charters. Tons of space for groups, families, and adventurers alike!
