Whether you are visiting Phoenix for business or pleasure, Moon Mountain Vista is a great choice to enjoy Phoenix's mild outdoor climate. The backyard is well equipped with covered outdoor dining for eight, along with a hot tub, fire pit and putting green. The inside of the home is clean and uncluttered with excellent high speed internet offering a comfortable environment for both work and pleasure. Nearby paved and unpaved trails offer both hiking and biking adventures for you and your family. Nearby parks will allow you to get outdoors and get some exercise while visiting Phoenix. This home is pet friendly to dogs with a fully enclosed backyard so bring your 4 legged family member with you!



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.

Highly recommended! The description of the home perfectly matched what we experienced. The location, north Phoenix, made it easy to get to almost anywhere fairly quickly. We had a very nice view and the neighborhood very quiet, but conveniently located to lively local restaurants and shopping centers. Steve had great communication from time of booking through checkout. He was very responsive, even when I messaged him very late in the evening.The house was beautiful and welcoming; the kitchen amazing. The backyard - if it were spring or fall, I would have spent the morning or evening taking it all in. I loved the cute putting green. :-)Many thanks to our gracious hosts.
