About this property

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.
The space
Conveniently located close to all of Asheville's attractions yet tucked away in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The apartment is below our home but has its own private entrance. It is stocked with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, and silverware. We also offer filtered water, award-winning locally roasted Mountain Air coffee, and snack bars. We provide a TV with Google Chromecast to connect to all your favorite streaming apps. It's the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Asheville.
Other things to note
We keep an immaculately clean, hypoallergenic space and do not allow pets under any circumstances. Please do not ask us to make an exception. Thank you for understanding 😁

Perfect get away

I just wanted to stay in a safe place so I could visit the Biltmore house and a few places around Asheville. This worked out perfectly.

Perfect!

We stayed just one night and it was just what we needed! Very close to everything yet in a very quiet area! The space is very nice and private. We loved it and hope to visit again!!

Nice Weekend Trip

The hosts were wonderful and the place was quite nice. This room is in the basement of their home, but has a side entrance allowing for privacy. The room did have a dehumidifier that ran constantly, creating enough noise to drown out any noises from the hosts and their family upstairs, which was nice and didn't bother us. The neighborhood is adorable and overall we loved Asheville and are grateful to have stayed here!

This is the place!

Our stay here was even better than we already expected it to be based on the listing and other great reviews! Cozy, super clean, friendly hosts, nestled in a PERFECT location! Literally, a couple of miles from everything you want to see or do. Will definitely stay here again!!!
