Leave used towels in each bathroom. Do not pile in laundry room. Throw trash away: All trash to be thrown in the dumpster.Turn things off:all lights and turn both AC's up to 78 degrees.
If in the winter, please keep heat at 68 degrees
Lock up: Lock all doors.
Return keys: Put all keys back in lockbox next to door.
Please do not strip the beds and sheets. Leave everything on the bed in tact. throw out all uneaten food in refrigerators and pantry. no laundry left in the washer and dryer..no wet towels in Dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
