Great location, well maintained, proximity to beach was great! Walls and floors very thin…always had a herd of elephants above us :((! Management did nothing to improve our stay of 10 days :(((!

We had a great time, perfect space and stocked full kitchen, which is rare for a studio. The balcony is nice in both the morning and evening. Host was always available and answered promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Great week at the beach! This property had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, beach chairs/umbrella, toater, full kitchen, leather furniture and TV. From a balcony viewing the Gulf of Mexico to being on the bike path, we wanted for nothing.

My husband and I had a great stay here! It was the perfect size for the two of us and gave us plenty of space to relax. The beach chairs were such a nice bonus—we didn’t have to go buy or rent any.The location was perfect! We rented a golf cart through a company in Santa Rosa, and they delivered it to us here and picked it up at the end of our stay, which made everything so convenient. It was a great spot to cruise up and down 30A.There are great restaurants, coffee, and ice cream right downstairs, so we hardly had to drive anywhere. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and never had to move it. The beach access was also quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Sweet Studio Unit

Perfect location in Gulf Place. Walking distance to many restaurants and awesome beach access! This unit was perfect for two people. Loved it and have recommended it to friends!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve stayed in Santa Rosa for years and this is definitely my favorite. The beach chairs and umbrella, the closets and drawers, the LOCATION. Everything was perfect. The owner was the best to work with. You won’t find a rental you’ll enjoy more than this one. BOOK THE TRIP!

Amazing location

Right across from the beach was the best part. Spacious condo and close to restaurants. Only issues were there weren’t any hangers provided and the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise great experience!

This place was perfect for us!

My wife and I enjoyed this property so much, it had everything that we needed for our trips to the beach, beach access was perfect also. Loved the kitchen which was stocked with everything to cook meals on our nights in. Location was great with so many places to eat within walking distance.I also have to say that this is one of the cleanest properties we’ve rented. We would love to stay here again in the future. The room and the area really exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
